Registration starts at 9am and the first wave hits the beach at 10am. Or, pre-register until 4pm on December 30th. Proceeds benefit Waukegan Special Recreation to provide scholarships and outfit special recreation athletes with uniforms, equipment and cover costs for entry fees.
