have I mentioned that my shiny luck has reached like. level 100 in pokemon scarlet. like while I do shiny hunt occasionally, since gen 7 it’s been completely normal for me to encounter at least one shiny before I beat the game without even trying at all, but in scarlet it’s just ridiculous. before I beat the game I found 7 fucking shinies and in the week after have found another 5. All on accident. every other time I open the game I find a shiny. and it’s not just the pseudo-heightened chances of overworld spawns either, only a couple of my friends have found maybe 1 or 2 and they’ve had their games longer then me - most of my friends haven’t found a single one!
