this whole conversation is so insane. the fact that cahir is with their party at all after attempting to kidnap ciri multiple times is fucking crazy. dandelion goes on a whole tangent after this about how unpleasant he finds it when geralt is spiteful like this. be SO fucking for real with me. the fact that geralt is letting this guy live is a testament to how fucking generous he’s being with the “i technically saved her life by kidnapping her away from the terrible disaster that first time” excuse. the fact that he’s traveling with him is an ENORMOUS amount of restraint and tolerance. for dandelion to say “i think you need to stop being so resentful towards him…” are you fucking kidding me?? that’s his kid. ciri had nightmares about that man. it made her cry. geralt is the realest fucking man on earth for wanting to create a culturally enduring fucking horror story out of what he would do to that man for that and he is demonstrating an incredible amount of patience and restraint by ONLY glaring at him as he travels side by side with him. i like dandelion normally but geralt is right he should literally kill himself and go to hell for this
