Just saying but like the idea of Eddie being taken out of the story as a main character in the Drowned Eddie au and being used as a villain honestly gives more opportunities for the other main characters to shine. I might write more about this later cuz I haven’t put a whole lot of thought into it right now, but thinking about it, characters like Lita didn’t really get very much development other than disliking Ophelia and being Lars’s brother.
Even Ophelia. I feel like she should have more time on screen doing cool shit, and the idea of her being the main character trying to get Eddie back and fix everything, it just sounds so cool. Things like this always make me so excited about writing cuz it’s like. Gosh, I love Brutal Legend but there are definitely flaws and kinks that should be corrected, not just with the gameplay. The story is AWESOME don’t get me wrong but like I said, some of the main characters I feel like should’ve been able to shine more. Very specifically Lita because gosh I love her she’s so cool, and she doesn’t really get a chance to be cool, yk?
Which is why a SEQUEL WOULD’VE BEEN A GOOD FUCKING IDEA CUZ SOME OF THESE ISSUES COULD’VE BEEN FIXED. LOOKIN AT YOU, EA.

The previous "BLACK SABBATH" poll ended with 31 votes, the winner was Black Sabbath's 1970's self-titled debut with 22,6%.
I myself voted for "Paranoid", but it was a close call between that one and the first album i owned by Black Sabbath... "The Eternal Idol" from 1987 featuring Tony Martin on vocals. It wasn't included in the list thou...
Duets in the "Metal"scene... once in a while there are those magic moments that happen between artists from different bands or backgrounds. Here are some of my favorite ones and i guess some of yours as well. Let me know in the comments if you know of any other great duets and perhaps ad videoclips as well as you reblog. It would be awesome to see this list grow.
Ps, if you vote please also reblog, the more people will do so the more this post will spread and the better the outcome and results will be. A big "thank you" in advance to anyone who will partake in this! Yours truly: @necro69mancer 🤘🍻
Oh, and also... suggestions for future polls are always welcome! 😎

“Dio: Dreamers Never Die” Heading to Home Video with 20 Minutes of Previously Unreleased Footage
“This is rock ‘n’ roll that is going to change your fucking life.”
So says Lita Ford in the trailer for “Dio: Dreamers Never Die,” the 2022 Ronnie James Dio documentary headed to home video with 20 minutes of previously unreleased footage.
“I wanted this documentary to be authentic, for the fans to see the roller coaster ride that was Ronnie's life - the good times, the bad times and everything in between, especially including events that even the most die-hard fans would not have known about,” Dio’s widow, Wendy, said in a statement.
“It’s all in there, right up to the very end.”
The film explores Dio’s career from doo-wop singer to Rainbow and Black Sabbath frontman to his own eponymous band via interviews with Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, Glenn Hughes, Vinny Appice, Lita Ford, Rob Halford, Sebastian Bach, Jack Black and others.
“When you’re a kid, you’re looking for a voice that says, ‘This is my generation,’” Black says in the clip. “And then all of a sudden, here comes Ronnie James Dio.”
“Dio” the film arrives Sept. 20.

VHS Archives #145: Judas Priest's Rob Halford on the Ram It Down tour guests on the Pepsi Power Hour (1988)
This is a monumental interview from my VHS collection.  I wore this tape out, as you can tell!  Judas Priest’s Rob Halford provides a lot of detail on the goings-on in 1988, that you don’t often hear.  That was the year of Ram It Down, Stock Aitken & Waterman, “Johnny B. Goode” and much more!  Hear about all that, English tax collectors, Lita Ford and more.  Watch as Michael Williams presents Rob…

the fact is that if it was a modern au nobody would be mad at anyone else. this is what they would get up to
id: a digital drawing of lita halford, lars halford, ophelia, and eddie riggs from brütal legend. they are all in a kitchen setting. lita sits on the fridge, looking down at the viewer with a bottle of mustard in her hands. lars sits on the counter, his legs sitting on the open fridge door, with a bottle of milk in hand. ophelia emerges from the open fridge, her arm resting on the door, looking disappointed. eddie sits on the floor, looking down at an open carton of eggs. end id
