Knox and Halle 4* narration 4* story

Loved listening to this second chance romance. The narrators did an excellent job. Knox and Halle were high school sweethearts who planned to get married but circumstances happened and they each went their separate ways. Halle was set for the Olympics but an accident at the beginning and then a pregnancy ended that career. Knox is a vet. who now is a volunteer firefighter/landscaper. They meet again when now divorced with two kids Halle is back in town for her mom's funeral and she gets locked in the men's room that Knox happened to be in. Great Story and wonderful characters. Look forward to reading/listening to more from this series.

Loved the narrators. They did an excellent job.

I enjoyed listening to the story Jay swoon hot ex boxer/convict who is very protective owns a gym and works as a bodyguard from time to time. I'm unsure how to describe Mia I found her to be a bit wishy washy. These two meet when both are on a date with people who are co-workers and they end up leaving together leaving Mia and Jay who hook up. Mia notices Jay has a prison tattoo and she ends up throwing judgement and rejects him. Yet call it fate keeps bringing them together. First when they help a mutual friend, then Jay ends up getting hired to be her bodyguard that ends up with Jay pretending to be her boyfriend for her brother's wedding. I was really hoping Mia to be a strong fiesty character, in the beginning her friends talk about how she knows Jit-shu and her ranting that she can take care of herself but every chance she had to prove it she failed. With her being a lawyer her quickness to make judgements without finding out the story. Putting that aside I did like a majority of the story.
