✉ What is Bangtan Records?

✐ Bangtan Records is a site dedicated to the archival of BTS fanfiction. Our goal is to ensure fanfics within the community are properly tagged, listed, and reblogged so that not only does everyone have quick, easy access to the stories they are seeking, but they can also easily find specific themes/tropes in works of fiction.

✉ What is the purpose of this blog?

✐ The purpose of this blog is to simply create a large, easy to navigate database for BTS fiction with an extensive tag system.

✉ Can networks affiliate with this blog?

✐ We are not a network, just a database. Therefore we do not see a need for affiliates.

✉ Who can submit work to the archive?

✐ We will only accept fics submitted by the authors themselves. If an author would like their work to be included in the archive, they must submit it to us directly.

✉ Can I recommend a fic for the archive?

✐ Not unless you are the author. Only authors can submit their work to the archive. This is not a fic recs blog. It is merely a library of BTS fanfiction.

✉ Will you help me find ___ fic?

✐ We are not a fic finding blog, we’re a database. Please view our tags to assist you in your search. If you are looking for specific works of fiction, please look somewhere else.

✉ Will you accept works for other group?

✐ Currently, the archive is for BTS fanfiction only. Should there be a need and a want in the future, the archive may branch out to include other kpop groups.

✉ I am new to the archive. How do I get my work included?

✐ If you are a new author to the archive, you can submit your masterlist to us following our submission rules. We will then systematically reblog each story (BTS only) with the proper tags. 

✉ I’ve already submitted my masterlist? How can I ensure my new works are included?

✐ As mentioned in the submission rules, once your entire masterlist has been caught up with, it is the author’s responsibility to notify the library of any new work posted. We will not be checking for updates to the masterlist. 

✉ I submitted my masterlist, but my work has not been reblogged yet. What happened?

✐ Our Record Keepers work to be as active and responsive as possible, however there may be times when our team is busy with real life or other projects. Please allow our team one week to begin reblogging your work before reaching out to an admin.

✉ When will I know my work has been added to the tags?

✐ Once you receive a reblog notification.

✉ What tropes, topics, genres, or themes will you accept for the archive?

✐ Please review our rules where we explain in depth what will and will not be accepted for the archive.

✉ Why have I been blacklisted from submitting my work?

✐ As a part of our mission to create a healthy and positive community, we have carefully established archive rules which also allow us to properly tag and list the fics that have been submitted to us. Any violation made against the rules may cause blacklisting to the writers involved. If you feel that you have been blacklisted, please contact any available admin to make inquiries about your case or appeal your case in case you have followed the rules properly.
