Peach before & after almost 6 weeks post op @drvagley_spectrum did such an amazing job and I am so thankful I took a chance on myself and said, YES! Big shoutout to all who contributed to this process including @mimis_recovery for taking such good care of me while I was down in #Miami . #Bbl are not for the weak! It takes big balls to get this done and this morning I am just full of gratitude. I never in a million years thought I would be able to achieve something like this, but when you put your head down and focus, your dreams can become reality. I am LOVING my results and I can't say THANK YOU enough @spectrumaesthetics I did have #lipo360 #lipochin #lipoarms #brazilianbuttlift -Your post op care is equally as important as the work done by your doctor -stage 2 garment worn by @curvygyals with the highest compression and of course no compression in the butt and hips -I really need to focus on my water intake, today I am ordering a gallon with measurements and motivation - Still continuing #lymphaticmassage weekly, I believe I have had a total of 9 so far @strawnwellness @darbyelderlmt takes amazing care of me and I see such huge improvement in my swelling and skin retraction as I continue post op care with her P.s she was the ONLY experienced LMT in my area with #postoprecovery so shoutout to her -I still wear my back board and ab board with my faja and will continue to for the next year -still NOT sitting which totally sucks and is annoying but we are making it through, 1 month and 3 weeks left till sit off lol - I will start my stage 3 faja at about 3 months post op, which will have rods built in and the highest compression to continue shaping and molding over this recovery -Post op care is a TON of work, so if you can't commit to the dedication it takes then don't get surgery or you may end up unhappy with your results -I started driving just last week using my #bblpillow and i get tired/sore very quickly so I have to be sure to rest and take it easy and not over do it -Luckily I am blessed to own my own businesses and work from home and my phone, so I was able to pick back up about a week post op.
