I used to think Lionel deserved to die a horrible death when I watched SV but then I read comics and watched other shows + the cartoons and now I realize Lionel was the true Lex Luthor of SV. Sure a golden age-like Lex Luthor which is arguably the worst take on Lex to ever exist but STILL. And while SV Lex is still my fucked up babygirl and he did become a more Lex-like Lex Luthor by the end he's still less of a Lex Luthor than Lionel Luthor was. ANYWAYS Lionel still deserved to die a horrible death in the end but I get him now ❤ like all the other Lexes to exist before and after him I cherish him as the absolutely awful person that he is ❤ it's not his fault he's build that way ❤

Jeremiah is extremely loyal - almost to an extreme fault, as seen by all he does for Reggie, and that obviously leaks out into his yandere side - and he's shown seriously not caring about harming others, either emotionally or physically.

He's most likely to become obsessed with someone from either a cooking sim, as it reminds him of being in Root Beer Tender, hence why he's not as manipulative with Bryce, or someone who is from an unfinished game of Lionel's, that also got ripped apart by Irving.

He uses codes and parts from separate games to keep you there,

He can easily manipulate the surroundings that you live in, it's easy to break open wood boards for you to slip through and fall into his hideaway, and he's willing to compress you and keep you trapped in the dirt if it means that you're staying with him.

He doesn't want to resort to that, obviously, since he's needy and needs physical attention to be satisfied, willing to disregard boundaries he said he would follow for a touch of you, quivering as he feels your skin and coding, eager to feel something.

Hello 👋 I am new on this platform, and have been thinking about maybe posting some stories here. I've never posted any of my writings before, so I'm a little insecure.

First of all, I love football, and that's my current most prominent obsession, so my stories will be about players, at least for now. I always found it a bit disappointing that there weren't that many blogs who posted stories about football players, so I decided to become one myself!

ok so what IS the mordetwi meme? two characters from two different settings who are heartbroken but still love each other or whatever but actually, in reality/canon they are never going to meet or even find out about each other, right? thawne sincerely believes that barry feels about him the same way he feels about barry, both in love and hatred. he believes that barry spends the same amount of time thinking about him (and/or tries to keep it that way), he believes that barry still Understands all he does and says to him including all the little messages, parallels and implications between the lines. but the actual situation here is barry desperately being 'who TF r u😭' and struggling to process thawne's words (like cmon what the hell was thisss!!

asking what thawne wants right after he explained EXACTLY that(just not quite directly. and tbh the next answer wasnt any better, thats why i think thawne isnt capable of saying a single straightforward thing, especially about his feelings)?? barryyyyyy 😭😭 i mean, its understandable. its probably a defence mechanism since he heard thawne's intentions to adopt him few issues ago. but its still fucking hilarious. i am convinced that every time thawne starts speaking barry has to fight the popping up mental image of crossed out lgbt flag and its white noise in his head to hear and process thawne's words) or being occupied by other things so he ends up missing half the points if not all (such as when thawne showed barry the future with don and dawn, CLEARLY making a point about himself and how barry treated him by that but barry geniunely doesnt care and notice it because his children ending up hating him is a way bigger concern at the moment) and thawne not realising that! thawne's persisting love for barry is never even going to be noticed up until 'the only time' confession, and the whole finish line deal is about barry trying to forget and leave thawne in his life behind, up to intentionally making it so they never meet again and giving up on thinking about him at all because 'thats what thawne would want me to do ❤'. so thawne PERCIEVES his relationship with barry as something two-sided, something where they BOTH suffer rn but still love/understand each other when the reality is. well. none of that and will never be. it exists only in thawne's head, just as mordetwi to its shippers. also the vibe of mouse-drawn ms paint art perfectly fits thawne and his huge speedster self-insert oc statue next to the flash in the museum. AND thawne also canonically has his own Sad Songs to associate with barry and their relationship, i'd say 'hello' by lionel richie specifically is his very own Can We Pretend.

"Many of the tributes to Bennett mentioned his disdain for bigotry. He was demoted for bringing a Black soldier home for Thanksgiving dinner during World War II; spoke of how he “saw no things a human being should ever have to see” while helping liberate a Nazi death camp; joined marches during the civil rights movement; and did extensive philanthropic work.

What some of those tributes missed, though, is that Bennett’s activism didn’t occur in a vacuum. He had great role models. Many White jazz artists were antiracists, long before the word was invented.

Frank Sinatra, Bennett’s musical mentor, recorded with and relentlessly championed Black jazz artists like Ella Fitzgerald and Count Basie. When Sinatra once noticed singer Nat King Cole eating dinner in a hotel dressing room, he invited him to the main dining room, where Black people were not allowed. Sinatra then warned the hotel’s management that he would get the entire serving staff fired if they didn’t integrate the dining hall.

Jazz pianist Dave Brubeck led the first integrated band in the US Army during World War II. He hired a Black jazz bassist, Eugene Wright, and refused to play in segregated venues.

The big band leader, Benny Goodman, brought a half-dozen Black musicians with him onstage at Carnegie Hall in 1938 when it, and virtually all performance venues, were segregated.

Bennett’s activism was an outgrowth of his music, not a complement to it. His relationships with Black people may not seem like a big deal now, but he and others risked their careers to stand up for Black artists during the Jim Crow era. At a time when most White Americans saw Black people as servants, Bennett called musicians like Ellington and Louis Armstrong geniuses who created what some call “America’s only true art form.”

“Jazz is an African American art form. People don’t realize how creative and intelligent it is,” Bennett said in one interview. “It’s elongated improvisation, which never happened before in the history of art. It’s a great art form that’s loved throughout the world.”

Bennett belongs to a generation of jazz artists who created one of the nation’s first multiracial communities. There are countless photos of a beaming Bennett hanging out with Black jazz artists. Ellington, who Bennett called “my muse,” was virtually a member of Bennett’s family.

When Lionel Hampton, a Black member of Goodman’s band, was asked why Goodman risked his career to bring White and Black artists together, he responded:

“He said we need the White keys and the Black keys to play together to make good harmony. And that’s what he did.”

[...] That collaborative spirit, of course, is not confined to jazz. It exists in all music genres – including country.

[...] But the peculiar demands of playing jazz music — musicians improvising and responding to one another’s solos in a group setting — is one reason some say that no musical genre captures the democratic spirit in America as perfectly as jazz.

“Jazz means working things out musically with other people,” the jazz trumpeter Wynton Marsalis once said. “You have to listen to other musicians and play with them even if you don’t agree with what they’re playing. It teaches you the very opposite of racism and anti-Semitism. It teaches you that the world is big enough to accommodate us all.”
