Waterrrrrr ! . Now that I have your attention . How much 💦 do you tend to get? . See I used to be a water fiend - fo realz - like I could drink 5+L no problemo . Then as I got healthier I stopped craving it as much - like I could still drink it if it was around but I def didn’t have the “might die if I don’t get a glass of water “ feeling anymore . As a result I started forgetting to drink it - some days I would go a full day and only drink a glass or 2 🙈. . Some of this is obvi from increased intake of high water content veggies - whole cucumber on its own anyone? No? Just me? Okay then 🥒- I’ll just be over here slicin . And some was my body not feeling it needs to rid itself of the massive amounts of candy and Doritos cause ya know #freshmen15 . When I figured this out I decided that I needed to take action to help ma bod out I a water bottle I liked - thanks @ikea ✌️I’m pretty sure that’s just a decorative piece but man it’s the best 1.99$ purchase I’ve made 😂 {mos def not sponsored they’ll prob look at this and think “you idiot” that’s not for the gym } . Now I refuse to leave the gym unless at least one of these is finished - so I at least have 1L out of the way fo da day . Becauseeeee my “water bottle” is glass I have started to {and also can }play w flavoring it w some #essentialoillove . . I have been mucho head over heels for lime eo lately - I love that it’s uplifting and it supports healthy immune function - plus one of my #coredesiredfeelings is freshly energize and I kinda sorta feel like #limeandlemon are my calling there since they have internal and external cleansing benefits so you’re #sofreshandsoclean clean 👌. .
