An indulgent little: What if my necromancer had a lil caanan house intro?

Just as the collective Scions of the 9 houses finished their entrances to the landing pad of the first and began sizing up their 8 pairs of rivals,a cry of surprise rose. Another ship,attempting to land. Looking around it seemed no one was a anticipating it,and it took a long few minutes of communication on board before any decision was made. Eventually the strange old host,the priest who called himself teacher,decided to let them land with a somewhat bemused small smile. The gathered heirs whispered amongst themselves like schoolchildren, except for HarrowHark. Her tiny shoulders where tense and she was no doubt calculating how their odds where shifting with the addition of another pair. The murmuring subsided with anticipation as the door depressurised and began to open.

Once the air and dust has dissipated,two figures emerged from within,arms linked.The necromancer of the pair was clear by the delicate frame,the crisp shoulders of their dress jacket helping to ease the sharp angles of their body,but not able to hide them completely. They wore a serene smile and their sleepy doe eyes where alight as they settled briefly to each on-looking face,like looking at a crowd of beloved friends and not a bunch of ambition hungry strangers. They moved slowly and gently,like each move was preplanned to prevent some sort of impending shattering of the self and it made them seem....unreal. Like a ghost,or something floating just above reality. Like the Cavalier whose arm entwined with their own was there simply to stop them floating away. The Cav in question was about a head taller,lighter and looser on their feet and with a look of steel in their eyes. A look of a man who'd seen real violent action. He sported dark mid length hair swept back simply and wore a similar but more modest dress uniform to his counterpart. When they finally reached the bottom of the steps,the necromancer swept a manicured hand up to slick back short brunette locks back into their perfectly sculpted place. The whole motion was functionally pointless but they took the opportunity to lift their chin and flash the crowd a bright smile as they did. It wasn't the blinding,crowd stopping charisma of the 3rd but there was something sweet and charming about it,and it took the edge of suspicion off of most of the surrounding faces.

"Terribly sorry for the interruption-"they announced,in a voice both deeper and sweeter then was expected "Sir Vesper Isaias-" they took a small,modest bow. "-The elders of the 7th house,in their emperor blessed wisedom,thought it prudent to send us along to assist our dear sweet cousin Lady Septimus! Couldn't have a rose of our house face such brutes all alone!" They made their way slowly to said cousin,shooting gideon a wink as they mentioned "brutes",a smile growing at the puff of pride in the Cavaliers chest. Once the two where close,the sickly parlour marked them kin. It was easy to forget behind the smiles and breathy speeches, but that glass like sheen of the skin,the slight blue around the lips. The way that gravity seemed to settle heavier on them.

"Dearest Dulcinea! It's been too long,love!" They threw arms around her shoulders with more enthusiasm then expected,but if the woman minded,she didn't let it show. It was returned immediately,though for a second it looked like a whisper had been exchanged between the two. If there had been through,it wasnt acknowledged and the two parted smiling. Protests rose from the pair of the 2nd house,that it wasn't fair that the 7th had two horses in this race,that they should be allowed a second or the interloper should be sent off. It was the pale twin from the 3rd that snarked "they wouldn't survive a cold,let alone a single trial! Get the whole house here,they'll need spares for when those two hack up their own lungs!" She was summarily hushed by her sister,but not before she was blown a kiss by said interloper,much to her indignation. "Now now-" began teacher,regaining control of the situation. "Just think of it as extra motivation! They'll be no more additions or changes from here on,just try to be adaptable. So!" He clapped in excitement "Let's hurry along and get this thing finally STARTED,shall we?"

Headcanons for Gideon Gleeful

- After Weirdmaggedon, you did your best to become a better person. Mabel noticed this and even hung out with you during her last week in Gravity Falls

- You often hung around Candy and Grenda, painting each others’ nails and putting on mini magic shows and dance shows

- You once ran into Stan and Ford while they were visiting town again. You and Stan glared at each other for a second before laughing it off and high fiving. No hard feelings :]

- Dipper would sometimes chat with you online just for fun. You two actually became pretty good friends after a bit due to your interest in the supernatural and your general vibes
