Like the radiant sun is a wonderful book with a mix of mythology, fiction and thrill. The archaeologist, Rohan Sharma while working on the restoration of Shiva temple in Varanasi lands himself into a huge problem after the murder of the priest. With this the book takes us into the rollercoaster ride of murders, crime, mythology and much more. Also, we come across a woman Neela, who at first is quite mysterious and saves Rohan from landing into problems. The book also travels places which makes it more interesting to read. The writing is intriguing and will keep you engaged till the end. A lot of quotes and thoughts have been citied from the religious text books which add more fervor to the writing. The murders and their mystery make it more thrill to read. I think the author has done a remarkable job by blending different genres together, and served it to the reader with a lot of quotes.
