Moving boxes carefully and with a teamlift makes me feel almost strong again. Winded, but strong. I like feeling strong.
#tiger’s musings#pack it up!#glass wrists#like...my legs and abs are Good. bit flabby but nbd#it’s the stuff in my arms and wrists I have to watch...which makes it extremely difficult to keep everything else toned#(I also have to bearhug everything. and use my glutes and legs as much as possible#(like...balancing a 50 lb box on one thigh while standing on the other like a flamingo#(so I can reposition my arms at Opposite Corners. so that I can bearhug)#(...if UPS left me as essentially High Functioning Disabled for the rest of my life...at least I know how to use my legs and rest of my bod#(well. until something else gives out I guess)
