But will there be some sort of conflict with dipper in your bill and Mabel friendship au?

Like, ik he doesn’t trust bill and thinks it’s dangerous at the beginning of the story. But when Bill actually improves and becomes ACTUAL friends with Mabel, what’s his reaction?

In your au it looks like Mabel is spending all the time with Bill and barely anyone else. Do her friends find that concerning? Are they sad that Mabel isn’t spending time with them?

Will this lead to a separate conflict with Dipper and Bill?

i actually got an ask about dipper and bill’s dynamic a while back that i was planning to answer with art, i just haven’t gotten to it yet. but expect a more detailed answer to that soon! basically the gist of it is that bill and dipper eventually become friends too, it just takes a lot longer than it does with mabel.

and as for the second part, the comics i’ve made for this au are pretty much all just bill and mabel because the au’s about their friendship, and full disclosure they’re my favorite characters to draw and write for and this au is meant as a self-indulgent and fun project for me. but i promise you mabel is still spending TONS of time with her family and the rest of her friends!! she’s not neglecting them at all!! i just draw them a lot because i like their dynamic, that’s kinda why this au exists, lol… also mabel’s the only one who willingly chooses to hang out with bill at first, so if i’m drawing him interacting with anyone, it’s most likely gonna be mabel
