ohhh, i have some fucking thoughts on ravenna and how she was made out to be this wisewoman immortal ancient that would fix anything + how she turned out to be the greatest villain all along because of her selfishness…………. too tired to put them into something coherent, but twelve year old me was so right for hating her guts so hard

#memorie.txt #.bookthoughts #like… such a fascinating character… she doomed the world for a single last ditch chance to redeem her irredeemably evil daughter #because it’s so clear that she views all the other ppl in the world as toys / automatons / fake #versus her daughter who is the only remaining part of humanity (?? in a sense)#and so she takes aeriel from her husband and forces her to save the world after she put off saving it for so long #what was the point of that… your own selfishness dragged this innocent girl into this #and you decided to take her own free will out of it #just so YOU could feel better about ‘fixing’ things #irrylath was sooo right when he said that aeriel was under a spell by ravenna jst like he was under the witch’s spell #because yeah… aeriel WAS basically cursed into this because ravenna ‘helped’ her save the world #so now she’s bound to ravenna like irrylath was bound to the witch….#thoughts i’m having and talking abt like other ppl have read this series 💀#i want to meet with the author and discuss her new fable she breathed life into because i’m thinking abt it sooo hard rn #anyway irrylath. babygirl. you find a way to break the spell on your wife so you guys can get remarried please 😭🤧
