The Hastings Center had an event last week titled “Genetic Advantages in Sports: When Do They Count As ‘Doping’?” and I didn’t watch it but it seems that in the way the world is rn it counts as doping if you are a Black woman like Caster Semenya and doesn’t count as doping if you are a white man like Michael Phelps.

#it should never count as doping #and trans people should also be allowed to compete in their gender identity groups #and super-able disabled people like double amputees with amazing runner legs should also be allowed to compete with abled people #i am against doping though since those substances are often harmful to the athletes' health in the long run #and therefore their use should be discouraged as much as possible #but trans people being better than cis people is not a problem. its not unfair.#disabled people being better than abled people is not a problem. it is not unfair #its not unfair that a double amputee can run faster than an abled runner.#'boohoo he has an unfair advantage.' abled people have an unfair advantage in literally everything and you never cry over that. so shut it.#like you do realise you sound like white supremacists upset that black people are better at running and basketball.#black people being better than white people is not a problem. it is not unfair.
