That “hazbin needed filler” post got me thinking how all these intermission fics for Roseverse are my “filler” episodes which makes them more justifiable beyond following my heart, but then I felt bad because I’m not writing them for every character.

#like yes realistically everything with Cherrisnake is off-screen and we’re learning so little about them #im adding throwaway lines everywhere to account for things that happened in the six months before the divergence #and that’s fine!! it proves I’m constantly thinking about where characters stand #but at the same time I feel BAD for my biases #which is dumb this is a fanfic series like ten people are following #and the number drops with every additional fic because it’s just so huge #I cannot focus on everything #anyway the third book does focus on more characters is four times as long #so like… that’s something #but I’m probably not going to do any Pentious-centric intermissions #even though I should #anyway this is a long panic spiral about nothing #red roses and dead things
