#metal speaks#tw suicide#my mom and i were talking about my mental health™️#and how easily i get stressed™️#and how i overreact™️#but i pointed out how quickly i was able to pack it in and continue on#like yeah iv kinda been crying non stop for the past 2 months#i DO NOT DO WELL WITH CHANGE OR STRESS#and theres been a lot of change n stress in my life atm#but like#overall i think im doing a lot fucking better than i would have in the past™️#like my sister has been gone for almost 2 months and i haven’t tried to kill myself 🥰#AND i haven’t even WANTED TO….!?!???!#which is#…..#literally so fucking wild#like yes im really sad#and i literally cant talk about her without crying#like about her moving away#but i haven’t thot about killings myself#so im really proud of myself#like this is literally so huge for me#plus everything thats going on with my body atm#in the past i would hv been immediately like okay time oma#kms*#but like i genuinly want to live…?#and im very much still reeling from this emotion#like it makes me wanna cry ..?#but like a good cry#🥰
