Ever since Bioman first debuted a second female on the team, there was a time for most of the Sentai seasons to have a great pair of two female members as a dynamic duo such as Changeman, Flashman, Dekaranger, and Gokaiger. Which are your favorite Sentai teams with excellent female members working together as a pair? I like to know!

Well, you’ve already given my answer in your question.  I loved the pairing of Luka and Ahim in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.

They played off of each other really well, were fantastically realized characters in their own right and were almost total opposites.  Still, they seemed really close as the two women dealing with the madness of their male counterparts and they seemed absolutely comfortable with each other in a way that went beyond merely being friends.

Weirdly, I would also mention Umike and Tsukasa from Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger vs. Keisatsu Sentai Patroranger despite them being on rival teams.

Ever since the episode where they both ended up at the same amusement park and Umika made sure Tsukasa got one of the plushes being given away, the pair have been one of my favorite duos in Sentai.  It was even better when they got their own special episode together.  They work well off of each other and just have a natural chemistry.

Now, bouncing back a bit to the 1980s, you’ve already mentioned Choushinsei Flashman, which had a great pairing in Sara and Lou.

But I would totally remiss not to mention Haruka and Momoko from Hikari Sentai Maskman.

These two were fantastic and really stood out to me as a great pair of heroines with opposite personalities with Haruka being a serious ninja and Momoko a gentle tai chi teacher.  Still, they are best friends and complement each other to no end.  A special mention must be given to the episode where they both get mind controlled by a villain and become literal partners in crime.
