Despite never explicitly coming out as transgender/making any indication that I used other pronouns my brother has started to they/them me and it’s a beautiful thing.
#ra speaks#personal#I am explicitly an Any Pronouns kinda person bc. multigender too difficult to explain to ppl. so new pronouns from ppl I’ve known are fun.#on one hand I know he was in a toxic Conservative Podcast Guys phase a few years ago#but tbh???? since his shitty gf dumped him+he finally could make friends at school without her badgering him he’s seemed more well adjusted#like we drove together a few years back and had a long convo abt transgenderism#and while I wasn’t fully accepting of myself then/we didn’t but heads in any kind of ‘oh we are on completely different sides’#he tended toward a more conservative/transmed/‘pronouns are pronouns (transphobic)’ kinda vibe#so for him to be they/theming me? even in private convos/jokes? that’s a very comforting sign from the bro who I had a convo w a few years#ago. :’] I hope I’m not reading too into things and he really is growing as a person
