ok moments passed. sorry for being a bit of a hater, i was gushing abt the game so i feel i deserve this- i still do not get why partner had to disappear in the context of the game. or at least the reason they gave us (if dark matter dies then mew has to as well because it contributed to its growth)

#bc like if thats the case why didnt. everyone. disappear?#like is it limited to the ancient pokemon? idk why that exact distinction matters here tho #bc like dark matter is a culmination of EVERYONES feelings #like the symbolism is cool. this is mews self redemption. i just dont get why partner had to die if dark matter did #like i was hoping itd click for me this time but it really hasnt #like was mews lifeforce… IN dark matter? again idk how that makes sense bc of how its phrased #echoed voice
