Everytime I see someone be like "DONT kill the slammin' lids they can literally one shot bosses" I die a lil bit on the inside. Yes they can. Yes it's advantageous in some cases to use them that way. They're still a wall limiting your movement through parts of the map and sometimes completely blocking off said parts, it's really not that worth it usually to not just kill them

#rat rambles #splat posting #general rule of thumb; if its not on the shoreline just kill it bro #and also if its hightide for the love of god just fucking kill it its soooo not worth it after the first like 30 seconds of the wave #also you really never should let there be more than one slammin lid on the field at any given time those extra spawns can rly add up #generally I think slammin lids and fish sticks should rly be seen as more of a threat than I think most ppl see em as #they basically both serve to wall you out of certain areas which can become a HUGE problem if you let them pile up #like theyll rarely kill you directly but they seriously fuck with your ability to move around #especially fish sticks generally anything thats sole job is to make it hatder tp move aroubd base is a problem
