So here's the elaboration on my Joe and Cleo thoughts that I promised.

A while ago, my brain has somehow connected some dots between Cleo's Season 8 ending being in the End and that one clip of Joe saying the void is a mirror to his soul. I've mostly abandoned this part of the story, but it featured out of context in a few comic sketches I had.

The whole concept is, as I've already said, that Cleo and Joe are the same person, pre-transition and after-transition, but like, they exist simultaneously as well, so it's half metaphorical and half ambiguous to what happened. Mostly comes from all the thematic parallels between their stories.

I wrote a poem a while back, I call it Liveworms for a lack of better name:

And my body is a deathsin And my body is divine And I have so many bodies Half are yours, and half are mine And I knocked over the liveworms Eating through their path in time Half are yours, and half are mine

This is the art sketch that was supposed to be how I introduced this interpretation.

It references this comic by an artist I'm deeply inspired by, @person918x, as well as some other works, like the ones where the trans person visits their past self in person.

There are a lot of thoughts and reasons I have on every detail about this, I guess you could call it an AU? This post would get very rambly and long very fast of I explained everything here, so feel free to ask questions!
