i know this part of the opening was basically made up on the fly, but i do love how the pic teasing the audience about bill's existence and stan's secret is in-universe written by ford

ford himself writing "stan is not what he seems"....

(also looking at the "d+m guide book" zodiac page and i know that the "this part looks like stan" arrow means the bit that looks like a fez but the writers must've had fun making it point right at the six fingered hand)

#but then again the s2 ciphers were said from bill's pov? meaning he also wrote the 'stan is not what he seems' message too #ford not having a reason to write this about stan and especially not on a page about bill #(unless you go into same coin theory stuff kahdkashdask the idea of the page becoming canon post series is fun)#thinking about the s2 code picture of stan and ford and i'm still curious about why they chose those expressions for them #also huh looking at the weirdmageddon version of the opening zodiac and it didn't update stan's symbol lol #like the rest of the opening changed the symbol once the fez changed/got retconned in boss mabel #but checking now the zodiac frame stayed the same #(irl the original symbol had to be censored in some countries)#(to the point that there was the whole thing of disney flatout erasing the symbol in the first few eps on d+ i think)#(something about them using the international cut of the series instead of the original US version)
