#I also feel like it’s important to like follow certain critics so you know their biases#like the great thing about Roger ebert was he wore his biases on his sleeve#he very openly gave ‘date with an angel’ a positive review because he liked looking at the main actress’ face#he also bashed the warriors (my favorite movie for the record) for having too many hot guys in it#you knew were he stood on things and I respect that#His review for Fire in the Sky is still one of the most bizarre things I’ve ever read in my fucking life tho#not in the book [ooc]
