#i think i’ve talked abt this b4 but wouldn’t be surprised if he was somebody that kind of followed gus around.#since there was at least one person doing that based on mike having been able to run the plate of a car that was ‘following’ gus#and vic is definitely one of the ones that would be the most familiar with gus’s um… pathing?
