i have semi-concluded that my hormones are probably fucking with me more than i thought lately nksdkdknd once again i envy everyone who has a normal reproductive system
#rambles.#it almost feels like. cyclical with how i go through periods of like feeling inspired/energized and when i feel the opposite#not in like a manic/bipolar way or anything but just enough to notice a difference#like tbh i think my adhd meds have been compensating and covering up fatigue/brain fog#tmi even tho i’ve been on this birth control for over six months i still have spotting at the same time every month 🙃#and it coincides with these weird nasal/allergy symptoms that i have concluded are not caused by anything else#because it happens at the same exact time#and all that on top of my gallbladder… i have felt so dead today#anyways!!! gonna talk to the doc about it. maybe get in with the gyno because pcos is a bitch and nothing is fucking working right#i just want to be at a normal level!!! like how i feel towards the beginning of the month!#and not smell phantom cigarette smoke all day for a week and a half because my progesterone or estrogen is probably too high 🙃#(which is also probably why my gallbladder is fucked too LOL)#ugh. needed to rant sorry
