if you were in usopps position, and your friend whod previously been supporting you despite their parent being bigoted towards you, it would hurt if they suddenly switched up and then their staff almost shoot you. you wouldn't think "its okay and shes did nothing wrong inherently because shes an abuse victim and abuse victims dont have moral obligations to not be mean to their friends. they can do whatever"
