i have a second degree burn on my hand from when i accidentally (aka drunkenly) touched the ceiling of the oven while checking my jalapeno poppers last week

other than that though, i am degree-less

i dropped out of college after a year and a half. i realized that i really love learning but my ADD brain doesn’t like following orders or doing homework and the stress was NOT worth paying 600$+ on books i only pretended to read. 

not to mention i was working part time at walmart (ew! stinky! ew ewie ew walmart is ew! down with capitalism!) and i never had any time to just relax and write. so i quit school, then a few months later, quit work (okay i got fired but in my defense fuck walmart i stole so much chocolate milk from those bastards and feel zero remorse, suck my dick Waltons)

honestly, i just want the knowledge without the pressure. i am so bad with authority and routine so school was kiiiiinda miserable for me. 

i hated that i had to take certain courses i didn’t give a frickity frack about just to meet requirements for a degree i prooooobably wasn’t going to use anyway. whyyyyy did i need to take college algebra for an english degree? whyyyyy? 

even the classes that were a little more relevant to my degree were so tedious and boooorrrring. i hated reading classic literature and would just fake my way through all the class discussions. i wrote an essay for a book i didn’t read and my frickin professor liked it so much she sent it to these word nerds out of state and i had to READ IT AT AN ENGLISH CONFERENCE like yo pls i just made it all up, don’t make me answer questions i won’t be able to answer pls

i was constantly late for classes and i never paid attention, just sat in back and wrote my shitty little stories in my notebook, pretending to take notes. it sucked man it SUCKED. i just wanna pick super specific concepts that i’m interested in, learn all about them, and NOT have to write an essay at the end to prove i understand it

like, literally, if any of my followers are super knowledgeable about something and ever want to info dump about it, feel free to slide into my DMs because i am always looking for niche knowledge to pack away into my stupid little brain. it gives me lots of options for character writing 👀👀👀 just make sure to explain it to me like i am a small, idiot child, for i am very dumb
