#i dont know if it's an autism thing an adhd thing or whatever the hell else is going on in there#but im feeling Bad™ because its so goddamn hard to keep myself clean#i hate it i hate it i hate it#im eternally just kinda gross and its genuinely one of my biggest struggles#like obviously things like meltdowns and decision paralysis are here and they cause problems#but the constant low grade i cant ever reliably keep me or my space clean?#its like oily sandpaper on the soul#anyway this is a vent post where i wish keeping up the minimum wasnt this monumental effort
