stupid sweden won the shootout, 1-2 for sweden :(((( it's still the first round of the tournament so these games don't really matter that much (except for my mental well-being of course) but it's cursed

the dj playing cha cha cha during a break in the finland-sweden ice hockey world championships game sure makes me feel things

#noopa rambles #can't wait to see what the swedish media will write about their win #bc I assume they will write about it a Lot considering the way they've been going off post-esc #and ofc the finnish media reports about what the swedish media has been up to #this is so rude too the way they won finland played better than sweden did in my opinion #but the shootouts are always a bit cursed when deciding the winner #like if you're still tied after overtime you just got a random guy going against the goalie to see who wins #never been a big fan of them it seems like such a game of chance #like obv the dudes are skilled at scoring etc but still #and I do get that there needs to be a way to get the game to end #so they can't just let the overtime go on forever #but my god I do not like shootouts
