I've finally snapped
I am so fucking mad rn I literally hate his name so much that I'm not buying the pack immediately after release
I got so mad that I literally went on a rant about it during the Livestream and didn't pay attention to anything else they were showing. Like I blacked out entirely like idk what was going on in the pack I just blacked out and all I know was I ranted so hard that I spent my money on sonic x shadow generations instead even though I've never played a sonic game In my life and i dont know the controls
Ill figure out how to play, I already bought it out of rage because id rather spend my money on sonic x shadow generations than buy a pack with the worst retcon in history imo
I'll buy it when it's on sale for 20 because I was gonna buy because of nervous subject but the name change Upset me so much that I felt it wasn't worth 40 dollars it lost its worth to me they ruined my favorite character, they removed his nuerodivergent behaviors and trauma how dare they! He's supposed to be nuerodivergent, but they've made him the worst possible thing, nuerotypical...
You were doing so well Sims team than you blew it, I had the biggest meltdown over this that it killed all my excitement for this pack. I don't want it anymore sims team I don't wanna have to make pascal and his brothers younger every time I wanna date him. I hate this game for reconning my lore
Sims team Don't mess with Sims 2 lore challenge ( impossible)
I'm so angry man, I've gone on a rant again.. there I go blabbering about how they've ruined my comfort character, I'm just tired man. I just don't want my favorite things being tampered with, please don't tamper with my nervous subject, gp ahead destroy the bella goth mystery, make Agnes crumble bottom toxic and ruin her whole lore
At least I didn't care about them as much as I care about nervous subject and the curious brothers..
Like anything but those five ( including Tycho) don't mess with my boys, please sims team..
Nervous Subject will always be nervous subject.. I'm not accepting this change ever, especially since hes named something so stupid, could've been a death related name, but nooo his name literally means nothing i looked it up to see if it had meaning, it means literally nothing. Make sense the sims means nothing anymore.. I've finally snapped is this what you've wanted Sims team
You lose Sims team, I'm not buying this pack until it's on sale for 20 dollars
I was gonna buy at release for the picture of the spectre family, but since that's not my nervous subject, I don't want it anymore. I don't want that nervous subject.
I'm definitely still continuing with my spiderverse au, this just makes the spiderverse au look so much better considering how much better I could do with nervous for free than the Sims team can with billions of revenue.
Whoever named nervous that come out here, I just wanna talk.. I just wanna talk to them.. I just wanna talk to them *holds gun* I just wanna talk to them. I just wanna talk to them . I just wanna talk to them. I just wanna shoot em. I just wanna shoo- / not srs, but I mean it when I wanna ask why that name and how many better names there are than nylon or neon or whatever the fuck that name is..
Lemmie drop some names here
Osiris ( idc about the alien in the Sims Freeplay stfu)
Anubis
Obsidian
Nyx
Mysteria
Phantom
Xolotl
Moros
Mairon
Memento
Selene
Mort
Morvoren
All of those mean death, like at least choose a name that means death, nyon means literally nothing, its basically pointless.
Anything but nyon would've been better
I'm sorry that I'm going on and on and on about it but I'm so distressed idk what to do about it I'll stfu now but the rest of my feelings are in the tags
OKAY NYON SPECTER

My Thoughts and Feelings About Star Wars as of 2019
I held off sharing my complete feelings on this franchise/fandom because I wanted to wait for TROS to be out. since I have seen it now I’m ready to share how I feel about disney owned Star Wars, the fandom war, reylo, and TROS. Heads up these are my opinions and if we disagree that’s okay! But I would appreciate some respect when it comes to nasty comments because some of the things I’m going to say can be..... controversial in the reylo community.
Preface: I have been a Star Wars fan since I was 4 years old. I somehow figured out how to used a VHS machine and I would insert Return of the Jedi and rewind to watch it over and over again. To this day that movie is my favorite out of all of them. Star Wars was something my brother and I shared together and he would lend me all the EU books. I loved all the stories about Jacen and Jaina Solo at Luke’s jedi academy. I grew up with the prequels and yes, I am a prequel defender but they were corny as hell. So not to toot my own horn but I was very much invested in the lore and commited to the series before Disney bought it.
Disney Star Wars: Disney had absolutely no idea what they were doing with the movies (atleast when it comes to the Skywalkers + everyone related to the OT trio). They spat on the OT character’s legacy. They turn Luke into a character who seems to care nothing about helping his sister. No way in the world would Luke just throw a lightsaber off a cliff. Han and Leia are treated a little better (more so Leia), but Disney is passive agressive with them and make them out to be these horrible parents that decide to send away their son because they’re scared of him. No wonder Ben turned out the way he did. Rey, well......they could of written her better and don’t get me wrong I love aspects of her but this should of been Ben’s time to shine. HE should of been the main character of all the movies. Finn? Would of been cool seeing more perspective from an ex stormtrooper but nahhhh let’s just make him fawn over rey in the first one and then in the second give him this whole arc making us think he’s getting somewhere and then another badly written character ruins it. Poe? Well he atleast got more of an arc than Finn but he’s still so flat.
The Fandom Menace And the Fandom War: I decided after TLJ came out that I was not going to label myself in this fight. It seemed like (or atleast on Tumblr) that you couldn’t be a Reylo if you hated Rian Johnson. Rian was made out to be this “savior” of some sorts, just because he focused the movie to be more Reylo centered. YES he is talented. YES I’m thankful he gave us more of a Reylo plot, But jeez that guy is an ass (I didn’t want to cuss in this but oh well lol). Calling out fans on Twitter? Calling them names? Ridiculing Mike Zeroh? Which say what you will about Mike (not a huge fan of him tbh) but god he’s a fan of the series why are you making fun of him? But those people who are apart of the Fandom Menace are not innocent. A lot of them (NOT ALL, but most) only make videos on Youtube hating on Star Wars because it’s cool. They use the hate to get attention. I’m just not all about that. I agree with them on a lot...but seriously at what cost do we have to allow this. Both sides are annoying and immature and I choose not to take a side. I will like what I want about Star Wars and dislike what I want about Star Wars. I am not going to be a sheep. So yes... I am a Reylo, hardcore since TFA came out in 2015 and yes, I think Rian Johnson is a crappy person and I won’t be seeing any of his movies ever again (besides rewatching TLJ) because I don’t want to give money to someone who fuels the fan war. That being said, I dont support (whether that be my viewership or money) anyone who is in the “Fandom Menace” and does the same for the other side.
Reylo: The only thing I really cared about in this sequel trilogy was Reylo. I honestly started to care less about the other characters like Finn and Poe, which in my opinion is sad and just goes to show how bad Disney was at writing these characters. What got me so choked up about their relationship was how raw it was. It wasn’t some unrealistic clean romance. There was no love at first sight (at least on Rey’s end.. can’t say for Ben). It felt so real to me. They reached a level of intimacy that honestly in my opinion reached higher than sexual intercourse. Unconditional love is something that I hold close to my heart, it may be because of my faith, but the fact that Rey saw through Kylo and could see that at his core he was just Ben, emotionally hurt and lost, just wanting someone to believe in him. And she did! she believed in him when his uncle and mother easily gave up hope for him (again horrible character writing bc uhhh sry but isn’t hope supposed to be a theme with them???). And Ben loved her in return!! He protected her and not this stupid patronizing crap that Finn does (Which side note: THAT PISSES ME OFF SO MUCH LOL. John Boyega was wasted with this stupid character). Ben knew her strength and worth and only did what a man should do in a relationship, not overstep, not take control but add his part to the relationship, creating symbiosis. If you look up the meaning of “Dyad”, this comes up:
specifically, sociology : two individuals (such as husband and wife) maintaining a sociologically significant relationship
They are equal. No one is better than the other. They are two sides of the same coin and they complete each other.
And at last....
TROS: Well crap. This movie was...... not amazing. I will have to say that I have only seen it once at this point and may make an edit to it if I change my mind. Honestly though... I can’t see myself changing my opinion but it may happen after a second viewing. I had been following the leaks and yup pretty much all true. And yep... Ben dies. Not only does he die but he barely gets any time to shine when he is redeemed. I am grateful we finally got the Reylo kiss we all waiting for but did he really have to die??? I know lots are saying he didn’t die because we didn’t see him show up as a force ghost in the end but obviously there is no confirmation from Disney on this. The fact that he died for her to live just supports everything I have said above. But where was her emotion? I expected her to be crying? it seemed to appear like she couldn’t care less, yet she was the one who went in for the kiss first and then she seems to be fine when everyone is rejoicing and hugging in celebration? Why didn’t they add him in as a voice in her head or something (ooh fanfic idea! :) ) Why did Rey call herself Rey Skywalker?! I’m sorry but she DOES NOT desserve that title plus she is still a Palpatine! That does not change anything. Don’t get me started on Palpatine.... bringing him back was the dumbest decision ever and undid everything that Anakin did. Now I would of been slightly okay with it if they got Anakin in to help to defeat him but we only got his voice and a bunch of other jedi’s voices sharing words of guidance (which ngl it was nice hearing Ahsoka) but holy heck you could of atleast added ben to the mix. They could of both heard the voices and ended Palpatine together? Also what happened to Rey and Kylo fighting through the various scenes of the past movies? I thought that was a leak? They did absolutely NOTHING to tie up the OT and PT. It has no ties to PT, besides Anakin’s voice and some of the other jedi in the mix (Mace Windu, Ayala Secura, Yoda, Ahsoka Tano, etc..). I know I’m nitpicking but I am atleast grateful we got their voices I just wish we actually got to see their faces. That’s a lot of negatives though so here is what I did like:
Babu Frik.
Rey’s kind heart ( you see that when she greets the little girl on Pasaana, helps D.O. and the snake creature)
The banter between Finn, Poe, and Rey
C-3PO ( they really did him justice)
Ben (just all of him everything about him)
Lando was pretty good
Seeing Wicket at the end with his child ( I think that’s his child?)
Wedge Antilles showing up for like one second ( although that could be a negative because I thought he was going to be in it more because of the book Resistance Reborn. WHICH OH YEAH..... this movie retconned that book btw! So not only was it a horrible book but everything in it doesnt matter)
Conclusion: So yeah, I am not happy. But in the end I will always love Star Wars no matter what. This franchise has taught me so much about hope, love, and even redemption. It was such a fun ride on here. There were ups and downs ( anyone remember that Reylo discourse a while back lol) but we made it. Even though as Reylos, it didn’t end the way we wanted it... we still were proved right. We fought hard against the antis when they kept trying to tell us Reylo wasn’t a thing and boy were they wrong..... they were very wrong. I don’t know what the future holds in store for Reylo’s story or even Star Wars but all we have to do is look forward and have hope for Ben because just as the great Jedi Master, Luke Skywalker once said:
"No one is ever really gone."
May the Force be with you all.

Secret Empire: Omega #1
This was an epilogue that was necessary.  But in a way, it still didn’t resolve anything.  And it sort of leaves a bad taste in my mouth.  Yet I do find it interesting as well.
[SPOILERS]
So if you haven’t been reading Secret Empire at all, good for you man.  It was an event that explored what would happen if Captain America was evil.  Like, truly corrupted.  Except, it wasn’t a what-if.  And it didn’t end in him coming to his senses.  No.  Instead, a good “Memory” of him came to life and was made whole.  That’s right.  The Ideal Version of Cap in all his wholesome glory went against the real-life, corrupted Steve Rogers, and when good came out on top, we were left with 2 Steve Rogers’.
Yes.  You read that correctly.  THERE’S TWO STEVE’S NOW!
What the Hell?
So now what?
The tail end of Secret Empire #10 had a very short epilogue that wasn’t very satisfying for me.  This one served as a true aftermath, and sort of a re-evaluation period.  ‘Where do we go from here?’
In the first pages, you can see that the world is rebuilding.  The first blue and white narration says, “The war is over.”  Right away, you can tell this is ‘Ideal Memory Steve’ talking.  For all intents and purposes, this is the true Cap, but the problem is.. he isn’t.
He goes and visits the Real Cap, who is now placed in a holding facility called “Shadow Pillar”.  “It’s housed some of the most wanted men in the World--International Terrorists, perpetrators of genocide, despots...”  but now it only holds one person.  And that is the corrupted, Hydra Steve.
This entire issue is a great conversation between both Steves.  And what’s really interesting from Hydra Cap’s standpoint is that, he really didn’t do anything illegal. [I’m not gonna use the word ‘Wrong’, I’m going to say illegal.]  {btw the art throughout this entire issue is Amazing!  It’s from Sorrentino, the same guy who did Old Man Logan.
But yeah.
Steve brings up how he never overthrew the government or anything.  He was appointed the position of trust to run S.H.I.E.L.D. again.  The Government also created the Shield Act, which decreed that “In the event of an emergency, the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D could take absolute control of the country.”
He brings up that he never built the Planetary Defense shield.  “Maria Hill and Carol Danvers did.”
“I didn’t cause the mess in Pleasant Hill. Or allow the Red Skull’s perverted version of Hydra to recruit so many, so easily.”
[That’s what’s the most interesting to me.  Despite being corrupted, he still hated Red Skull and decided to run Hydra his way rather than work together with Red Skull.]
So yeah.  For the most part, according to Steve, he did nothing wrong.
But Ideal Steve still says that they’ll find a way to punish him, to which Hydra Steve retorts, “These so-called laws were never put in place to protect anyone you didn’t want protected.”
That’s a super high-brow statement about our Justice system today.
Good Steve won’t hear it.  “You leveled a city. You tortured and imprisoned thousands. You killed people I cared about very much.”
We cut out of their conversation and get to see a little more of Natasha Romanov’s funeral.  Clint can’t take it, and Logan steps in, offering to take him home.
Bucky Barnes watches this on TV, elsewhere, and I don’t fully understand it, but he grabs a suspicious looking person in a hood and asks, “Who is it?! Who’s the target?!”
The guy is all, “I told you-- I DON’T KNOW!”
Then we see a random Military General who apparently made a name for himself by allying with Hydra.
Before this can go anywhere else, he gets shot.
Bucky looks up at the building from where the shot came from.
He narrates, “...as soon as I see it, I know.  All the rumors, all the whispers-- they checked out.  I recognize everything--the shot, the placement, the time. Nobody know the Black Widow like I do, after all.  I know it’s you, Natasha.”
The target is on him, but then we cut back to Steve’s conversation with himself.
[So...  Wait.  How?  Is this a hopeful denial on Buck’s part, or is Natasha really back.  And if she is?  How on earth did she recover that fast from a broken neck?  Did Kobik put her back after all?  Rick Jones too, for that manner??  Last we checked in Issue #10, we were only told that the scars remained.  But was it put that they were to just believe that they’re dead??  Why do that?  It’s too convoluted.]  - But either way.  I’m partly happy that Natasha might be back.  After all, her death was an absolute cop out and served no purpose.
Hydra Steve actually apologizes for the losses.  “You probably don’t believe this, but I really didn’t want anyone to get hurt.”
That’s when we see that he’s clearly crazy though.  He really truly believes that he was always Hydra.  That Hydra was always meant to rule.  And that, he was this close to actually making it happen.
We get to see that on New Tian, the Mutants are demolishing the place like it never happened.  [Because why would anything change in the X Books?]  Honestly, I don’t understand why they didn’t keep it.  Beast and Emma have a little talk about their “Negotiated Surrender”.
Beast is mostly concerned with the idea that, despite the good guys winning, Mutants are given the side-eye and not trusted.  That they will again have to face a day when the government is against them.  He does congratulate her though for the short time it lasted that they did have their Utopia.
“Yes, and when those history books are written, I won’t be mentioned-- except as the villain.  They’ll never know what I did here.”
[It’s so weird, how we go from one event to the next, where Emma is so hated, and then so immediately loved.  Now it’s almost like Spencer noticed that, and wants to bring the IvX era back, so that way the X-Books can keep up grudges in their continuity or something.  But maybe that’s just me, reading too far between the lines.]
Bla bla bla, the Steves yammer on.
I liked it when Hydra Steve points the finger at the other one and asks, “...when will You be held accountable?”  This in regards to the idea of Super Heroes altogether, who are just completely above the law, because they say so.
We get to see Punisher redeem himself a little bit in his thinking.
He narrates that following Steve’s Hydra was probably his biggest mistake ever.  And now his sole mission is to crush what’s left of Hydra.
From afar, Nick Fury Jr. watches him and says, “He’s ready.”
[This makes me the most excited, because the previews books gave a hint at what’s next for Frank Castle.  Can anyone say War Machine armor?]
Back to the conversation, Good Steve brings up something that is very disheartening to the current state of the World.  Despite the World watching Steve overthrow his corrupt self, they still didn’t trust him during the clean up.  Steve offered to help a kid up from the rubble, and he was about to take his hand until he pulled away.
This sort of shattered Good Steve in a way, since it was all because of Hydra Cap.  He’s ruined his good image.  Tainted it beyond repair.  He wears the face of a Criminal, or if not that.. of the most wanted/hated man in the World.  When it used to clearly be, the exact opposite.
“So I came here to see you--to look into your eyes and take the measure of the man who cost me all this.  ...But looking at you doesn’t feel much different from looking at a Skull or an L.M.D.”
Hydra Cap almost laughs at him and says that he should be worrying about the flag he represents.  The people don’t exactly fall into all the ideals that this Steve thinks it does.
[It’s almost as if he’s schooling him on the corrupt/jaded stance of most American Citizens.]
“I offered them power, and they took it.  What do you offer them?  A chance to go back to being afraid of their own neighbors? To being left behind...while they grovel in the dirt?”
[I really enjoyed this.]
“Right now there’s the Euphoria. You’re telling them the heroes won, and maybe some are getting swept up in it.  And you’re promising that things will be different this time--  But they won’t be.  And that’s when they’ll start to remember.”
He’s basically saying that he ran America better when Hydra was in control, and that despite losing, the people will look back, and compare.  And probably be even harder to defeat if their is an uprising.
“So who do you really think they’ll side with next time? Who do you think they’re more like-- You? or Me?”
That’s a great place to end this conversation.  It goes a little further, but basically Steve leaves him to his cell.  And it becomes clear as day that “This is a War that never ends.”
-End Omega Issue-
...So there’s two Steve’s now.  Absolutely and completely.  We have a Good one and an Evil one.  And the Evil one is the ORIGINAL.
That’s probably the thing that gets me the most.  No way to retcon out of that.
Unless another strange event occurs where the two become one...
UUUUrrrhuaihghurewfrhuruhi.
But yeah.  This commentary was SUPER interesting.  I really enjoyed it.
Despite the fact that I hate having 2 Steves now.
He will absolutely escape or be ‘rescued’ from that facility one day.  And we’re gonna see Evil Steve again.  I’m sure of it.
And who knows.  Maybe people will gravitate toward him, because now he’s the edgy original with a darker edge than the Naive Copycat that wants to live in the 40′s.
...I just don’t know.  It’s unsettling.  And a little sad.
But Marvel is about to change everything again.  So...
I really don’t know how I feel.  I know that after this event though, and with all the constant changes...  I’ve kinda lost my muse on reviews.
I’m only going to review the ones I love the most.  (Or maybe hate the most.)
But the books have just gotten so different lately, that I’m not into it any more.
I am THRILLED to be finishing these Secret Empire reviews late.
But the sad fact is, that I’m always late now.  So I’m seriously gonna have to cut back.  I can’t review everything any more.
...I don’t know what Marvel Legacy has in store for us.  Part of this issue almost felt like a warning.  That Marvel is telling us it’ll be different this time, but when it’s not, we’re all going to get upset.  Who knows?
Anyway, I’m looking forward to comics becoming fun again.  And not frustrating.
I guess the next thing to go to is these quick Marvel Generations issues.  That’s where the “Vanishing Point” gift is given from Kobik to a select few heroes.  (Of which I’m only collecting 3 issues of.  Not all.)
The first one of interest to me was Jean Grey meeting the Phoenix!!
So...  I guess that one’s next.

Chloe Rules/Tardy Sauce
both of these are banked reviews, also talk about their correct matching stories a little too
Chloe Rules:
Kevin! But wait Kev, you live with the teacher, why didn’t your homework get done? (and this also blows my theory about them skipping Kevin episodes since he’s not been introduced yet...or does it...)
Also Tim, the excuse “my dog ate my homework” would work for you since you had a dog…and why would Crocker be surprised you had a talking dog? Oh wait right, I forgot, we’ve retconned all of s9, my bad!
Plus “stupid” upside down would not be “diputs”, that’s backwards. It’d resemble something closer to “pidnfs” or “pidnls” probably
And no, Chloe did not do her homework right, you need first AND last name ion things. For shame missy!
“somebody put a mirror under his nose to make sure he’s still breathing” wow, that went a tad dark. But I love Kevin more knowing what a slacker he is lol
Smoking in the hall…oh wow. Are you sure these kids are still 10/11 there folks? That was funny because it’s a meat smoker, but we all know what they meant. I’m just, wow. I never would’ve pegged Tim for a smoker; Francis totally, but not Tim *makes notes of that for later use*
Heehee the term “grifter” being associated with Timmy, since you know, Inkblot!Timmy is based on Grifter. Heehee, made me giggle
Also loving RoboCop!Chloe. still, this totally feels like the JN episode where Jimmy became hall monitor, but then again, this is a common narrative trope isn’t it, so not that surprising.
 “Well I can’t change who I am, because that would involve trying” I’m just gonna leave that line there for you because there’s so much to it ^^;;;
and Chloe has gone mad with power hahahahahaha
why do you keep saying the hedgehog’s name? is that a reference to something specific?
Chloe has a gum sniffing dog…i…hm…you just had to ruin one of my favorite headcanons that Chloe is scared of dogs, didn’t you…hm…you know, I’m keeping it, gag aside, this is a highly trained professional dog, so maybe she can deal with this one but others
But you know, at the same time, “gum sniffing dog” is very obviously “gun sniffing dog”, and the random locker searching…this whole scenario is very dark, realistic and played off as a laugh, but still and…yeah… plus what about the kid in the locker “a bully stuffed me in here a week ago” what’s her response to that? “go tell that to the principal”. No actions against the bully for putting him there, but instead actions against the kid for not getting himself out and to class. That’s victim blaming. And that’s something Chloe wouldn’t do; I mean, yes she’s drunk on power…but still. This whole scene is dealing with some very heavy real life issues and if you’re not paying attention, you’ll miss them for the laughable parody they’re giving.
“Dad what are you doing here?!” that’s what we always ask Timmy when pointless Dad is thrown at us. But at least it’s a small call back to eth fact that Timmy’s Dad went to Dimmsdale Elementary too
Dad hit the nail on the head about angry mobs…just another tick in the dark column (though he has been the subject of and part of several so that does make some sense)
Aww Timmy said he cares about her…true in the next line he sorta said he was more worried about his own safety but still.
And of course, school bell rings, and bam! No more conflict.
But I can see this as some really good Chloe development here. She’s always been told to “be perfect” to follow the rules; she hasn’t had many friends in the past, so of course when she’s thrust into a rule enforcing position, she’d fall back onto the “be the best no matter the cost” mentality that has pushed her up until this point. Was it a bit too extreme, oh yeah, but then again Chloe seems to be an all or nothing sort of girl. This episode also touched on a lot of stuff if you look past the parody, so it was very deep too i think.
As a whole I think these both (the production pair of stories, not the aired pair) work very well together. Dadlantis was fun and stupidly silly, while Chloe Rules was silly, but it was in a distracting sort of way. I think it’s a great episode as a while. Highly recommend it if you want Chloe development, and some fun laughs.
Tardy Sauce/Tacomania:
I’m confused by the name of this episode because it’s listed one way in one place and as another elsewhere, and both are actually pretty good…EDIT: Now we know that Tardy Sauce us the official name, but “Tacomania is still good and  I think plays to the story concept more
 I’m still not sure if they keep changing her middle names or not…I think I really need a transcript to know what all of her middle names are at this point ^^;
Lol you wanted to catch her, so you thought a literal net would be the best course. That is actually funny. Basic and rudimentary, but actually funny. But also whoot! Chloe has super teeth too!! Idk why that seems awesome. I just like how much of a perfect anti-thesis she is to Timmy actually.
And we cue up more Carmicheal family doing “new age” stuff. Neats. I like how hippie-dippie anthropology they are
Pointless Crocker…I guess isn’t *as* pointless, because here he’s at least a plot point/story device…but why is a teacher making this call? Isn’t it usually the principal or superintendent? That should’ve been a tip off that something was wonky Chloe dear…
Chloe…obsessing over school like that is bad…but yes dear, you are a vegetarian so it makes perfect sense you don’t like tacos, but yes it was a great pun. (You are so relatable I love you lol) and yeah you totally work the system that way; 1 per person but your plus one hates the thing, you totally get two then!
Why are there so many mascot clowns in FOPverse…? Also, Tim, what happened to your fear of clowns??
Oh look another person seeing the fairies and it not mattering. It’s like Da Rules need not apply
Pointless Dad…but the dummies are still a thing…wait no they were hand puppets before. Uhg. But yeah ok, I’ll let you keep the one point for continuity because they are puppets still and it plays to the plot idea about getting extra tacos I guess…
And even Chet Ubetcha sees the fairies and calls them a mystical creature on tv…yup, Da Rules are so still a thing…
But yes Chloe, what an amazing plot twist, Tim tricked you to get tacos, legasp! Though honestly, if the taco stand is that close to school, why did you need to ditch to begin with Tim? I know, you’d use any excuse to ditch school silly question. But really, why?
Tim…the tacos are in the bag still…you can still eat those…even if they weren’t you’d still probably eat them because you’re gross like that. But yeah, seriously, only the bag is yucky dude. AND YOU HAVE MAGIC EVEN! You can easily save those tacos! I just…I don’t get it…
Ok Tim, dude, why you gotta be petty here man? She already said why she wanted to go to school, you obviously know you did bad by lying to her, distracting her from making it to school is just a jerky move. I mean, she’s gonna be wicked tardy, so it shouldn’t count for perfect attendance anyways, but that aside. She threw your tacos in the garbage is why you’re doing it; dude, like I said the tacos were FINE. All making her miss it is going to do is make her HATE you. this is just stupid on your part. I get you’re a twerpy 11/12 (should be 14 honestly by now) year old at this point, so yeah perfectly believable reaction on your part, so A+ writers! I’m just saying dude, if you stopped to think, you’d realize what a jerk you’re being, when this is all your fault to begin with.
You’re not having a wish fight, you were the only one making wishes until the troll wish. And he shouldn’t be able to unwish your wish anyways Chloe, that was previously established, so why reiterate it?
Wait…hold up wait…you did not just say…omr you really did just say that Crocker didn’t you. Tim planned a surprise party because she broke the record? Oh. My. Ra. I did not see that plot twist coming. I am just…oh wow. That was some very good writing. The whole setup felt like a normal plausible scenario, like there was no possible way there’d be an arterial motive to it. I just…wow.
The end button, not so great…
But I’m just, wow. This is a prime example of a non-magical episode that deals with real life stuff, solved in a real life way I think. And it is a wonderful example really. I also think it shows Tim’s real level of maturity that we forget he has. I mean, he planned this whole ruse after all, even when it was something he didn’t understand (though, weren’t you all about perfect attendance way back in TimvisibleI??), and got everyone else on board with it too even though they didn’t get it either. But he knew Chloe’s attendance record meant everything to her, so he made it special for her. I’m just…floored. This is character development. It might not be actiony, or filled with (horrible) sight gags, but it is some very necessary character development that we’ve been sorely lacking for a long time. A+++ on the writing here guys, honestly.
Together, I don’t think Chloe Rules and Tardy Sauce should have been aired together because they’re both pretty strong stories (the former less than the later granted) and the weaker stories *need* the stronger ones to help balance them out. Admittedly Dad-lantis and Crockin the house were both good fillerish stories too, but they pair so well with these that when you split them up, they just didn’t do as well with what the were stuck with. I don’t know if this season was produced with the idea that the A- and B-stories could be separated and ran out of order or not, but I’ve always felt that if the production team put them together in an order, it was probably for a good reason. I know these days the networks want just content to slap in anywhere any time and not care about a continuous story line, and if it’s written that way then it’s great; but when it’s written to go together a specific way, you ruin it by chopping it up and throwing it around willy nilly.
