I missed the convoluted trigger for the dogmatic companions try to jump marazhai version of the recruitment scene because I rushed the second arena fight, and so I figured out a quick fix for that that didn't involve extensive backtracking if you've done too much, so I'm leaving it here for people curious in the future

but it requires Toybox and so disclaimer

I honestly don't think this will affect anything else but I also mess with toybox enough and the game (and especially marazhai route) is buggy enough that I honestly don't think I'd notice if it did.

So. The specific etude that is started/set where two (or more) dogmatic companions look at each other when you offer marazhai an alliance and then run off to jump him after your leave the arena is specifcally the StartingEvent_KillingAttempt and as long as you're on the streets on comorragh (ideally outside the arena portal to replicate the original circumstances where they run off), you can go to toybox, search'n'pick and start it.

it's already started in mine cause I got this screenshot after but it's the third one.

Start it and all the dogmatic companions in your party will run off and when you come to the pit you'll find them trying to jump marazhai, even if he's been in your party for a while.

This probably only works for as long as you're on the streets and it's also a lil'buggy because while the companions are in the right positions, marazhai himself is not, he's chilling in his corner, however I have experienced worse positional bugs, including this exact bug when I went to an earlier save and did it all again properly.

This will also give you the errand to let him get his sister. It also puts you in the unique position of getting two dom/sub scenes/flags because while the normal (flipped) one won't trigger if this one has, this one will still trigger even if the normal one has triggered.
