Fully agree with your stance given last year, but banning characters for it could be done intentionally if it's an established punishment, ie; on purpose going over the line while pretending to back the character you don't want to win to get your "precious blorbo" higher

Well at that point what am I supposed to do, right? I'm not going to play "who's being honest about their harassment intentions" with people who are already breaking my rules. I've already said that harassment and bullying over this tournament is unacceptable, if I have to play mental chess with every single thing that comes up then nothing is going to get done.
