the new denpa men game isnt...great but im still enjoying it at least

its just a mobile game but on switch (idk if it is a port of the actual mobile game? i dont know much about the series ive only kinda played bits of the 2nd and 3rd games)

the translation feels weird, like im pretty sure the characters always had a "quirky" way of speaking but it does feel...somewhat off? (maybe its just me) theres also several spelling errors i came across

stamina runs out quick, you have 5 stamina and normal dungeons take 1 stamina and event dungeons take 2, i did get an infinite 1hr stamina drop at some point tho

the difficulty jumps up VERY quickly so you have to grind basically and have fun with the limited stamina, and replaying older levels means talking to the same npcs over and over and doing the same things beat for beat like i kinda wish they made it so replaying dungeons removed some of the story mechanics...im getting tired of the guy telling me that "i was ok in the volcano once" IT WAS LIKE 4 TIMES AT THIS POINT

otherwise you have to wait for a specific day of the week for the exp event dungeon to pop up

also the healing spots are now one time use, i guess they didnt want us to spam them so you could lose more often and be tempted by spending jewels (prem currency or found in dungeons and such) to continue
