Why are the vampire chronicle people getting so worked up over nothing. Is it just a hostile fandom?

thats what im wondering hahaha i literally havent talked to anybody from the vc fandom before, im just like rambling to myself over here and then getting weird anons about stuff i say that i dont even mean to be negative

EDIT: I just realized both times it happened after i commented jokey tags on one particular blogger's gifsets, so im going to do us both a favour and delete those reblogs and then block them so i won't see their posts anymore (it was probably them sending me the anons! and if so perhaps i was directly bugging them sort of after all! oops)
