today’s leah/bran thoughts: one of my big worries with the a&o series is that the reason patricia briggs is (finally) focusing more on leah, both as a character and her relationship with bran, is because she plans on killing off leah eventually 😭 she keeps teasing an inevitable bran vs charles showdown, and the only situation i can see that happening is if leah dies, bran goes berserk and becomes a danger to everyone, so charles then has no choice but to stop him
#there could be other conflicts of course#and i can see charles opposing his father on an ethical basis#but i imagine the worse he would do would be to leave aspen creek#i can’t actually see him coming to blows with bran and potentially killing him unless it’s a life or death situation#like if bran has gone full berserker and is now a danger to everyone including anna and the baby#and i only see that happening if leah dies#i really really hope i’m wrong though#i want (need) a happy ending#leah cornick#bran cornick
