maybe it’s just my experiences growing up on this sorta thing but i really do hate the assumption from fellow Antis™️ sometimes that violence and gore a la edgy fanart or creepypasta or horror is on the same level as like… exposing kids to porn

#babbles #kids like to be scared! i thought creepypasta n shit was the coolest thing ever when i was small and still do #like idk you can be wigged out by things like cupcakes or rainbow factory or whatever but #implying they’re all made by creepy old men who want to TRAUMATIZE CHILDREN and not like…#people who just think that stuff is cool like any other person who makes horror fanart or fics or w/e #is just really mean to me as someone who grew up on and still finds artistic merit in a LOT of dark fancontent #so often I see people being cruel to horror content creators and it SUCKS!!!
