went to half priced books todayyy got a few paperbacks 👍 gay guy at the register told me my hair was nice and was "emmasculating" and so idk if he thought I was a trans guy or girl 😭😭
#like idk if he was using the word wrong or like..#like idc he was sweet and def didnt mean insult its just funny to me 👍#anyways got like six books for twenty bucks 👍 all paperback. they had another i wanted but it was like 17 bucks for#a paperback and its like a classic so idk what was up w that. the only one that was weirdly expensive in the section.#but got some good ones got a rly pretty copy of their eyes were watching god i havnt read that one yet but#my dad read it a few years ago and reccomends it to me and i see it on lists all the time#i didnt get it but there was a 2001 not for sale advanced readers copy of an amy tan book too that was crazy to see#but yesss crazy the nonfiction section was dead except all the middle age guys in the military history section
