Does anyone else get into trains of thought where a word or phrase is just ringing it ur head, over and over again and hindering your thought process? Like what ever word I think of is just strung on repeat till a new one pops in there and it's making it hard to text, write, and speak without subconsciously writing/saying the word
#like i think my brain always done this but only yesterday have i been conscious of it#like i literally cant think cause my brain decided to say the word jellybean on loop#like i can only thin in thre word increment#its taking effort to write this rn#hope everythings spell to a point where its legible#if not oh well 🤷
