knowing how current sims team will 'fix' a lot of problems by just removing a feature, if they can, if they ever do try to tackle fixing the ability to gain romantic relationship with incompatible sims via social bunny, what they'd actually do is just remove the ability to gain romantic relationship there at all.

#it isn't an isolated incident with them that they've just removed a feature instead of fix it #they removed the ability to re-enroll in high school after being kicked out or dropping out #because when sims re-enrolled they'd immediately get kicked out again even if they didn't do anything wrong #instead of fix THAT #they just made it so no one can go back #despite it being a frequent bug for sims to get kicked out for no real reason #like i had a sim who got caught causting trouble once for the sake of the aspiration #and a few days later they went to school and were great performed well they were an a student #at the end of the day they got kicked out #that one time causing trouble was the only time they did #you can't remove the 'undo that' feature in the game unless you first fix the 'does that' problem first ya know
