Great how the moment I'm free to take a breather I start feeling useless and guilty over not accomplishing anything. I love having the can't allow myself to enjoy things I love disorder

#vi rambling #am i going to talk about my ocd on main........? ehhhhhhhhhh nah #this is just like. a vague encapsulation of many of my feelings as of late. it hasnt been great #which is very sad because on a surface level i have so many things im enjoying and should be enjoying rn #r.e. see my ecstatic friday meltdowns over the last 2 weeks of november #like i go from euphoric to feeling guilty about it because.
