realistically i do understand the usefulness of those trans legislative maps that are floating around but i cannot lie as someone living in a "do not travel" state they make me feel like shit
#like i do understand the use. but they make it seem incredibly fucking hopeless lmfao#and also like. like.#i have experienced first hand that theres an entire army of people in texaa here to help figjt shit like this. and make opportunities still#happen#and i mildly feel like that map will make people trying to transition in texas / florida completely give up 😭#it just kinda pisses me off tbh especially bc like. the people in the states that are bad are very well aware!#but its not like. we can do anything about it.#like if i was able to leave i would 😭 and also. i dont really want to leave.#idk. again its not the intention and I KNOW THAT!!!! but the map just has the same vibe as calling everyone who lives in a red state racist#or whatever#posting
