I could straight up be making more collards rn but no sleep is important
#collard greens are the new brussel sprouts which were the new watermelon#like i could makr brussel sprouts im good as hell at that now but like at such a cost (having to grate ginger and garlic)#brussel sprouts+curry powder+fresh garlic+fresh ginger+freshly ground pepper sauteed in olive oil is god tier#just remember to season with your heart and then add some extra :)#if the scent of the spices doesnt make you cry happy tears its not good enough#collards posting
