#god. thats horrifying. pls dont speak it into existence anon#like i am of the opinion that no one should ever really inherit the nightwing mantle#no one really should have inherited robin but you know. here we are#it just feels soooo slimy and gross to think about someone taking over dick's second chance at freedom#writer's didn't appreciate what robin meant to dick and if nightwing gets passed around the same way... i might just have to give up comics#thats why that dan mora sketch of a possible bruce in nightwing suit severely altered made my skin crawl sm#like theres not even an attempt there to truly honor nightwing at all there- its all just been bruce-ified/batman-ified#and its grotesque
