One the biggest things I dont like so far with The Liar Game is that you reach a point where Akiyama no longer looks like a fucking uncanny freak in most of the panels hes in. Like they start giving him a hair over eyes look for certain panels or he looks more Pretty Boy as they turn the 2nd line under his eyes into really dramatic eyeliner

Its a tragedy.

#okay but in all seriousness I get it but also sometimes I want a guy who can be kinda pretty but mostly unsettling #like his creepass stare is his charm. if hes not giving you nightmares whats rhe point.#I love characters that look completely fine Except the eyes. like thats so funky to me.#this is mostly me nitpicking tho it. the hair thing itself is a pet peeve when not part of the characters design #it pissed me off so bad in the 2nd revival round I was so mad cos EVERY OTHER PANEL his face was just unseeable #this specific panel was the most infuriating like THATS A WHOLE CLOSEUP THE POINT OF THE PANEL WAS TO SHOWCASE HIS EXPRESSION??#other than that tho I have other bones to pick with the series bur I wanna wait until I finish to really hash out my thoughts #this is just me complaining abt smth that doesnt actually matter #liar game
