I love the idea of Grian being kind of obsessive when it comes to those he loves. Like he will do anything and everything to please the person he loves. He would destroy the world for them if he could, maybe watcher!Grian would
He would kill in their their name, rain blood and chaos upon the world only if it meant to see his love smile. He would destroy and remake the world all for his lover's approval. Because they're everything to him. He's at their beck and call, he's their scary dog so to speak and they are his god, a pure and divine creature who deserves to be worshiped, to have the world in their hands.

Can I do a Haz request where he’s comforting the reader?? It can literally be anything mainly fluff though, I’ve had a bad day and that would cheer me up. (No pressure though!!)
I’m so sorry you’ve had a bad day!! This took me a bit buT I cranked out 1000+ words of fluffy boyfriend Haz that will hopefully make your day a little bit better
Send in a blurb request or just talk haz in general???
_________________________________________
It’d been a long day. A long, long, long, day. You were itching to get just one second of peace.
You storm through the door of your shared apartment, debatably causing a scene from all of your pent-up frustration the day had brought upon you. Huffing, you drop your bags on the floor in typical dramatic fashion and head for the kitchen—in desperate need of something sweet.
You click the light on only to hear a faint pop. The room grows dark once more as the lightbulb burns out.
Of. Course.
“Are you kidding me!?” You flare your arms out, yelling up at no one in particular but yelling all the while.
You feel a pair of arms snake around your waist, pulling you in from behind. “Rough day, darling?”
Haz.
His name even sounds dreamy in your head.
You sigh and lean your head back against him, feeling that little bit of comfort you’ve needed all day.
“Wanna talk about it?” He hears a mumbled no in response and knows better than to press.
“Want me to take your mind off of it?”
You turn to face him, staring into his soft eyes with a defeated face of your own. A face that answers his question for him.
“Come on, let’s go for a drive.”
The cool air engulfs your body as you step back outside. A part of you happy to have something so drastic in contrast to the heat building under your skin that’s bringing you dangerously close to tears.
You are overwhelmed, exhausted, and every other word that your brain can’t come up with right now for “flat out done with life”.
You grumpily find your way to the passenger side and flop into the seat. Not making an effort to come across as any kind of graceful—earning an amused chuckle from your wonderful man.
“Finding my misery amusing, are we?” You fired, teasing with the slightest hint of a smile.
“Just your pouty lip, love,” he corrected. “You’re kind of cute when you’re mad y’know?”
He earns an eye roll but you appreciate it nonetheless, giving his hand a squeeze so he knows it too.
The ignition starts, and the stereo begins to play his “Feel Good” Spotify playlist. One that was always your favorite whenever you were in a funk.
You find yourself leaning against the car window, letting the cold radiate through your cheek to calm your anxious breathing. Your eyes flutter closed and before you know it, you’re drifting off to your favorite sound of Harrison humming along to the beat of the music.
_________________________________________
“Y/N…darling…we’re here…gotta open your eyes…”
A hand is gently shaking your shoulder, waking you up from a much-needed sleep. A fact that you were mildly displeased by for a moment before remembering the happenings around you.
“Where are we?” You question, sitting up slightly, voice filled with sleep.
He chooses to cheekily wiggle his eyebrows at you but stays silent as he gets out of the car. You hear some rummaging through the trunk and then he is all too quickly opening up your door and pushily convincing you to get out of the car.
You reluctantly agree, not sure if you have the energy for whatever crazy idea he was up to. You take in your surroundings, a little confused if you’re honest. Not having the faintest idea of where you are.
Harrison takes your hand in his and guides you over to a run-down brick wall that had evidently seen its share of English rain. He throws your designated car blanket down on the freshly cut grass that he’d pulled from the trunk and sits down, using the wall behind him as support. Haz looks up to you expectantly, patting the ground beside him. Giddy like a boy on Christmas morning, he was.
You take a seat, leaning closely into his chest to get comfy, and simply taking a minute to enjoy the breeze that’s wafting through your hair, the smell of wildflowers, and the faint sound of frogs croaking somewhere in the distance.
“This right here,” he starts. “This was my favorite place to go as a kid. My hiding spot. I always used to “run away” here whenever I was feeling overwhelmed, and needing to be somewhere no one could find me.”
You smile your first genuine smile of the day up at him. “Thank you for bringing me here. This was exactly the kind of thing I needed.” You meant it. He’s always one step ahead of you, knowing what you need before you even start to think about it.
“You know, the stars shine brighter in this exact spot than any other place around London?” He laughs, knowing full well that he was exaggerating.
You swat at his chest lightly, giggling at his flirtatious boasting.
“Certainly looks that way, though, doesn’t it?”
You gaze up at the night sky that’s littered with brightly shining stars, seeing the constellations and the depth of the sky in pristine detail. You have to agree.
“I’ve never wanted to bring anyone else here before.” His voice stutters a little, unsure of the words spilling from his mouth. “S’was always my safe spot, but I feel safer with you than I ever have been, being here on my own.”
This??? This was YOUR man???
UGH
You feel your heart flood with more love than you thought it could hold. Every time you think you love him as much as any one person can love another, he does something like this. Proving that love is really infinite when it’s the right person.
“God damn it, Haz. You really give me the world, you know that?” Your lips find his, smiling into the kiss. Not possibly being able to be close enough to him at this very moment. You pull back, halfheartedly, leaving both of you with a dopey grin on your faces.
“And if I could reach the stars,” he adds. “I’d give them all to you, too.”

As you understand, this sport provides more variations for players to consolidate attack, building, and defending. The Reload Assist in Assault robotically reduces all models' cooldown to zero, allowing them to perform their particular attacks immediately. The Recovery Help refills all models HP and their manufacturing reload robotically goes to zero.
METAL SLUG ATTACK Action Review
In Attack, certain air models will apply a suicide attack as soon as they have been destroyed. Good luck and be sure to have higher items as a result of this man has chunks of HP and his attacks are already lethal as it's. This is good for dealing damage to necessary targets which can be protected by heavier units, or for clearing away hordes of cannon-fodder units.
Metallic Slug Defense is a cellular recreation launched fairly all of a sudden by SNK in 2014. Particular attack helps to destroy more enemy to gain Motion Factors. Some missions require you to make use of their defense on the proper times to win. Knockback : Most models endure from this upon being hit by powerful assaults but surviving.
Within the recreation 'pre acquisition' models are provided each month for a hefty price of some times fifty dollars other times a hundred dollars! At all times Accurate Attack : Tetsuyuki generally fires a laser that hits all the discipline, player base included.
Cheap and with four hundred HP at degree 20. He attacks at shut vary with a knife and might throw grenades. Claw models are deceptively gradual, but at long range they cost into the fray to maul any enemy in its manner. There are Assault, Special Ops, battle, Fight Faculty, and Guild Raid.
Gatling Good : Units resembling Marco, some Slugs and Allen wield this weapon either normally or as their particular attack. Online (unlocked at Level 10) is the equivalent of MSD's Wi-Fi VS and is the only real-time PVP mode obtainable. Rescuing POWs in Assault has been made easier resulting from them always showing in the identical spot in a degree.
Tumblr media
The new unit from the Destroy The Tower further ops in Attack is the Amadeus Corporal who offers thousands of harm in addition to having about 10,000 HP. Morden's special in Attack previously can injury enemy's base with the invincible summoned Hi-Do's. In case you can spend the time and browse the wikis to get your head around how all of the meta stuff works, metal slug attack might change into completely engrossing and properly worth moving into.
The many different human, machine and monster units have a basic assault, in addition to distinctive charged strikes which sometimes require good timing for use accurately. You also get models to attack. Team Battle (unlocked at Stage 20) is a aggressive asynchronous multiplayer mode, much like Battle but having to battle three completely different decks and requiring beating 2 out of 3 battles to win.
As it's a free-to-play sport, there are components reminiscent of layers of stage grinding, missions costing credit that recharge over time and a lot of the unlockable characters solely being out there by way of a secondary foreign money more accessible for those prepared to spend cash on it.
Pre-acquisition items can be this, however as an alternative of paying for it with medals, a player should pay $a hundred for a hundred and ten elements for that specific unit (which means a total of $300 to platinum rating of said unit) as well as an exclusive gold bordered android games avatar that come with it. Fortunately, these pre-acquisition items will finally turn into obtainable via medal crank, so if you want a strong pre-acquisition by spending medals as a substitute of cash, you just have to wait.
In particular, additional set 1 gets you the Massive Snail and the Large Caterpillar, two of one of the best defensive models in the sport, whereas beating extra set 2 unlocks the Samurai Tank, an inexpensive, long-range unit with a disproportionately excessive amount of HP.
Glass Cannon : The HP of the player's base is not such an necessary stat to upgrade first as a result of if a decent group of models reaches a base in any respect, it should almost certainly be done for as a result of defending items will not have time to charge their special strikes to do helpful harm and may't even cover their base's hitbox.
youtube
From Steel Slug three first appears in space 10, stage four. The Mars Mecha is also current within the final set of bonus levels. A number of players be a part of into single guild then take the enemy whereas one other is defending. In case your gadget has had no games put in for a long period, please test if QooApp is properly put in and logged in with the identical account.
All the things's Deader with Zombies : The zombie enemies from Steel Slug three are present. A sequel by the name of Metallic Slug Attack has since been launched on Feb. Anti Air : Sure units have attacks that both shoot projectiles in an arc or at a high angle, permitting them to wreck aerial units.
Morden may have an awesome particular attack, however his commonplace assault just isn't as effective as his 950 (1500 in Assault) AP price would lead you to believe and he tends to get knocked again typically, leaving the remainder of your units uncovered as he tries to make his method again to the entrance.
The gatcha techniques aren't why people play freemium video games like this one, although. It is a subreddit for Steel Slug Attack, the sequel to Metallic Slug Protection. A development by the tip of the first year of Attack's launch, items of the Further-Ops are new recolors of either earlier bosses or items.
Battles are all about defending your drop-pod and attacking the enemies' as an alternative. Whereas not a lot of the Amadeus Syndicate is seen in the recreation, an growth later added a bunch of items and some levels from the Ptolemaic Army, and later some models from the Venusians too.
You might have permission to destroy enemy base utilizing any assault or weapons. Allegedly Free Game : The existence of premium foreign money (Medals) and an energy system (Sortie Points) mean that those who are keen to cough up enough money will always have a bonus over free players.
The game got around three million downloads at the first few month because it's release (word: metal slug attack defense has 27 million downloads.) nonetheless when they have determined to indroduce the 'pre acquisition' models many month glided by and it still stayed at three million or so downloads.
You gather them by having units attack the spot where they're hiding. In Steel Slug Assault, this can get somewhat excessive when you 1) Acquire the abilities that permit the principle characters to maintain their weapons after using them and a couple of) Field lots of the predominant characters at once.
When the Parachute Truck was first launched, it dropped a hail of projectiles at a superb range that did penetrating injury so long as they touched an opponent, decimating even the largest items in seconds. Unused animations current in the primary sequence grow to be used in Defense and Assault, resembling Abul Abbas' assaults.
Models can be upgraded in various methods - from flat stat improve to studying special assaults and effects. It spawns highly effective high-value models from out of nowhere when you get close or hit its base. This is sequel model of previous Steel Slug, so participant should know the essential approach to play this recreation.
Screw This, I am Outta Right here : Most "Supply" characters (Sisilia, Fast, the Aikawa sisters) will run away when their HP is depleted as an alternative of dying. "I think this game is dangerous" and transfer on. Go play Steel Slug X. Or, since SNK solely releases good video games, go play Mercenary Kings.
Steel Slug Assault is an excellent tower protection game that takes benefit of the Metallic Slug license, offering a wonderful gameplay and spectacular graphics. The Bikers cost ninety AP but have 1000 HP at level 20 and transfer sooner, whereas otherwise performing just like the riflemen and complementing them properly.
Tumblr media
The degrees in Steel Slug Assault are designed to be beaten as fast as possible. Art Shift : Ralf, Clark, and Leona use their sprites from the Metallic Slug games (which are re-edits of Marco, Tarma, and Eri respectively), whereas the remainder of the King of Fighters cast have a redrawn rendition of their preventing sprites.
: The intro to Steel Slug Assault showcases an animated recreation of the promotional artwork, having various characters and units operating on a desert discipline with explosions everywhere till an in depth-up of Morden seems, though he's not the ultimate boss of the principle game.
Promoted To Playable : Almost every thing, from the common mook to these badass bosses although some items like the Huge Shiee will stay as a boss and won't be playable until several updates later. The game mode has more variation with simple graphic.
Announcer Chatter : The announcer does his factor when the principle characters use their particular attack, corresponding to Marco using the HEAVY MACHINE GUN or Fio utilizing the ROCKET LAUNCHER, for instance. More notable in Assault, the Ptolemaic Army and Amadeus Syndicate are given extra attention than what that they had of their residence video games.
Tumblr media
At the finish of the day metal slug attack 3.9.0 it does not really matter if you're willing to help or not, I simply thought there'd be some individuals who hate pay to win video games who know the sensation of playing one. His potential to summon Hover Models (and reset that cooldown) appears very superior, until you discover out that stated Hover Units give the opponent a pretty good quantity of AP if destroyed, making the Commander extra of a legal responsibility than an asset.

10 Steps for Healthy Brain Function in Reno
10 Steps for Healthy Brain Function in Reno
Hey Reno, Do you want a Healthy Brain Function?
Did you know you can delay and possibly reverse Alzheimer’s disease and create a healthy brain ?
Alzheimers Disease and Healthy Brain Function For Reno NV
Here is a story about a man that was 6 feet, 3 inches tall, 295 pounds of jiggly fat, Teddy is our larger than life, gregarious, fun patient. Everything he does is big. His hands are big; his shoes are big, a size 13. He drives a big old 1978 Lincoln Continental and man can he eat. A side of beef to Teddy is a snack.
Two weeks ago, at midnight, Teddy called in a panic. He’d miscalculated the depth of his garage and drove the Lincoln through the back wall into the kitchen. When I got there, Teddy was pacing back and forth trampling over electric wires exposed from where the formerly built in oven resided. He was disheveled and glassy-eyed.
“How?, How?, How? ” Teddy asked over and over. “Drinking,” I asked.  Teddy shook his head no. From this I knew. In our 25 year association, I’d never seen Teddy even look at anything alcoholic. Teddy was (rightly so) visibly upset.
“Hurt?,” I asked. “Don’t worry about this,” I said pointing to the tangled mess of bricks, hood ornament, and wrecked appliances. “This is fixable.” Teddy shook his head, pointing to his brain. “I’ve got a screw loose, I don’t think I have a brain that’s healthy ” he said.
“This is news,” I asked. “You’ve always been a bit of a fashlepta crank, crazy person.”
“You don’t understand,” he said. “Last week I put the car keys in the freezer. I went to the market and ended up way out in the desert. I don’t even know how I got there. I dumped coffee grounds into the washing machine.  What kind of functioning healthy brain is that?”
I opened the freezer door and peered in.  “No keys in here, “ I said. “Just this.” I pulled out three plastic cups filled with a straw-colored liquid.
“Iced tea,” Teddy said. He took a hammer out of a drawer and smashed one cup on the counter, and slurped the melting tea out of the broken plastic container.
“You are a little crazy,” I said, regretting it immediately. Teddy began to cry.  “I’m losing it,” he said. “I have Old Timer’s Disease, don’t I?”
“Alzheimer’s,” I said. “Maybe. Or just a little dementia. Happens to all of us.”
“What’s the difference?”
“Dementia affects memory, thinking and social abilities severely enough to interfere with daily functioning. (1) Are you doing any of these?:”
1. Subtle short-term memory changes. 2. Difficulty finding the right words. 3. Mood changes. 4. Apathy. 5. Difficulty in completing routine tasks. Difficulty in following storylines. 6. Confusion. A failing sense of direction.
“Some,” he said,” “And Old Timer’s?”
“Alzheimer’s,” I corrected him, “is a type of dementia leading to memory, thinking and behavioral issues. Alzheimer’s is progressive and unfortunately, fatal. Any of this sound like you?” (2)
1. Memory loss that disrupts day to day living. They misplace everyday items. 2. Planning and problem-solving difficulties. Concentration issues. 3. An inability to complete simple tasks. The patient withdraws from activities. 4. Confusion as to time and place. New onset of poor judgment. 5. Difficulty with visual images, reading comprehension, or judging distances. 6. New difficulties following or joining conversations.
“How do I know if it’s just old age-related issues,” Teddy asked
“What can I do,” Teddy asked. “At least ten things,” I said. “Only ten,” Teddy asked. “I’ll throw in an extra,“ I said.
10 Steps to a Healthy Brain
1. Keep Your Blood Sugar Balanced 2. Eat Healthy Fats 3. Get Adequate and Restful Sleep 4. Enough (but not too much) Vitamin D3 is Essential for the Brain to Function Properly 5. Get Your Gut In Order 6. Maintain Adequate Methylation 7. Balance Your Hormones 8. 6 Fixes for A Healthy Heart 9. Exercise 10. Lifetime Learning
Keep Your Blood Sugar Balanced
In a previous article, (4) we made the case that, just as the presence of the police is not the cause, but the effect of burglaries, high blood sugar is not the cause, but the effect of poorly functioning insulin. Know as insulin resistance, like an alcoholic who needs more and more booze to get the same “high,” when we bombard our body with too much sugar, in the form of sugar itself, or simple carbohydrates, we develop an immunity of sorts to insulin’s effect. The result is persistent hyperglycemia or diabetes. The downstream effect of “insulin” resistance is brain “starvation. “ The brain atrophies, resulting in impaired function, memory, speech, movement, and personality loss.  Continually feeding refined foods yields increased glucose levels becoming the norm. Elevated glucose levels damage blood vessels (atherosclerosis) and decrease neurotransmitter function. The result is moodiness and anxiety.
Action Step: 1. Replace refined carbohydrates with: ● Quinoa, brown rice, oats, buckwheat, millet, wholemeal bread and wholemeal pasta ● ↓ high sugar foods:  White bread, white pasta and white rice, pastries, confectionery, and sugary fizzy drinks ● Avoid stimulants which raise our blood sugar levels:  Coffee and alcohol ● Normalize blood sugar with our Mini-Fast with Bone Broth Diet (5) or a whole-foods, low-glycemic diet. (6) 2. Eat Healthy Fats Alternatively, the brain can convert fat to energy (20 gm/d) in the form of ketone bodies. “Healthy” fats restore and renew brain cells (neurons) and brain function. A primary exogenous source of ketone bodies is medium chain triglycerides (MCT) found in coconut oil. (7) 60 % of the brain is fat. (8)  25% of that is docosahexaenoic acid or DHA. As DHA is considered “essential,” i.e., diet-derived., omega 3 fatty acids in doses ranging from 1-4 grams/day provides the brain with more than enough DHA.
DHA rich foods include fish, liver, and brains. Coconut oil is a rich source of DHA. DHA synthesizes neurotransmitters ensuring the smooth functioning of the brain. Adequate levels are linked verbal fluency and learning. Diminished levels of DHA results in memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimer’s Disease. Improvement is seen with doses as low as 900 mg/day. A good proxy measure of the Omega3/Omega 6 ratio is c-Reactive Protein (cRP). A normal range is 0-4.9 mg/dL. Optimally we like to see cRP <1.0 mg/dL. Action Steps: Increase: ● Sardines, Anchovies, Mackerel, Herring and Wild Salmon ● Flaxseeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds and walnuts ● Extra-virgin olive oil, avocados, whole eggs, nuts, and seeds. Avoid: Hydrogenated vegetable fats in processed foods such as shop-bought cakes and biscuits, hard margarine, takeaways, pastry, pies and fried foods.
  3. Get Adequate and Restful Sleep
Sleep lays the groundwork for new mental insights, is needed for creativity, memory, improved physical performance, and aids in the growth of brain-synaptic connections. Sleep deprivation results in decreased vitamin C, zinc and magnesium levels, and malfunctioning of our immune system lowering serotonin and melatonin. Sleep deprived individuals crave sugar and refined carbohydrates.
Action Step:
7 hours of uninterrupted sleep a night for optimal brain function. 4. Enough (but not too much) Vitamin D3 is Essential for the Brain to Function Properly. Vitamin D3 is essential for increased nerve growth in the brain. Vitamin D3 facilitates planning, processing information, and formation of new memories. Inadequate levels of Vitamin D3 result in poor brain function. 20 minutes of unblocked sun exposure adds 20,000 IU of Vitamin D3 per day. A normal measure of 25 OH Vitamin D. Normal ranges from 30-100 ng/ml. Our goal is at least 50-80 ng/ml.
Action Step:
High-quality supplementation will increase serum blood level by 8 ng/ml for every 1000 IU administered in 6-8 weeks time. 5. Get Your Gut In Order Our GI tract is considered our “second brain.” Gut bacteria transmit information to the brain via the vagus nerve. (9) The tenth cranial nerve runs from the brainstem to the nervous system of the GI tract. Gut health impacts brain function. Neurons (brain cells) populate the gut increasing serotonin. A damaged GI tract can alter mood due to diminished serotonin.  Processed foods destroy healthy microflora. Sugar breeds pathologic bacteria and yeast.
Action Steps: The 4 R Program
● Remove Inflammatory Foods o Infections, even low-grade infections, need to be treated with herbs, antiparasitic and medication, anti-fungal supplements, and or antibiotics. o Gluten, dairy, corn, soy, eggs, and sugar. o Gastric irritants; alcohol, caffeine or drugs. ● Repair o Clean Whole Foods, Fermented foods o Add Omega 3 F.A. o Add Healing Herbs o L-glutamine, Zinc, Omega 3 fish oil, Vitamins A, C, E, Slippery Elm, Aloe vera (10) ● Restore o Fermented Foods o Probiotics ● Replace o Digestive Enzymes o Himalayan Pink Salt
6. Maintain Adequate Methylation Methylation is the process of taking a single carbon and three hydrogens, known as a methyl group, and applying it to countless critical functions in the body such as: thinking, repairing DNA, turning on and off genes, fighting infections and getting rid of environmental toxins. (11) Methylation is essential for the synthesis of neurotransmitters. Malfunction of the methylation cycle is due to a diet deficient in B6, B12, Folate or due to a genetic variation. The result is an increase in homocysteine measured in the serum as greater than 10 umol/L. Normal Homocysteine ensures proper metabolism of neurotransmitters. It balances mood, cognition, maintains brain volume, and protects memory retention. Elevated homocysteine results in mental fogginess, brain atrophy, and peripheral neuropathy.
Action Steps: Eat: i. Wholemeal grains such as brown rice, brown pasta, brown bread and oats ii. Dark green leafy vegetables iii. Organic poultry and grass-fed beef iv. Organic dairy products such as yogurt, cheese, and milk (12) v. Pulses such as lentils and all types of beans vi. Nuts and seeds
7. Balance Your Hormones Traditionally steroidal hormones were thought of as peripherally generated. In 1990, Baulieu and Robel reported on the biosynthesis of steroidal hormones, produced via the same steroidogenic pathway as takes place in the peripheral glands, within the brain. (13) Designated ‘neurosteroids,’ these hormones accumulate in the brain independent of those supplied by peripheral endocrine glands. They have the same excitatory and inhibitory effects on neurons and are implicated in the control of behavioral activities.
The cerebrally generated hormones include: ● Pregnenolone ● Progesterone ● Allopregnanolone ● Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), (DHEA-S) ● Deoxycorticosterone ● Allotetrahydrodeoxycorticosterone Any disruption, even a mild one, of the cranial vault can lead to dysfunction of the neuro-steroidal pathway with resultant neurobehavioral changes. Symptoms may not be evident for 3-12 months post trauma and include: Depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, psychosis, and suicidal ideation. 3 months Post TBI there is a 34% incidence of hormonal abnormalities. Diabetes Insipidus is present 8.6% of the time; hyperprolactinemia 4.3% of the time. At 12 months post-TBI panhypopituitarism is 30.3%. HGH deficiency is 20%. HGH deficiency manifests as: 1. Rapid weight gain 2. Excessive anxiety 3. Depression along 4. Deficits in: a. Attention b. Executive functioning c. Memory d. Emotion e. Cognition f. Mood Anxiety/Depression g. Poor overall physical health and quality of life HGH Replacement results in improvement in: 1. Cardiovascular Risk by reducing inflammatory cytokines IL-6, Il-1, 2. cRP, Homocysteine 3. Concentration 4. Memory 5. Depression 6. Anxiety 7. Fatigue 8. Lean body mass, skin thickness 9. Lumbar vertebral bone density 10. A 14.4 % decrease in adipose-tissue mass 8. 7 Fixes for A Healthy Heart 1. Do not smoke 2. Exercise at least 2.5 hours each week (14) 3. Limit TV watching to less than 7 hours a week 4. Consume a high antioxidant diet 5. Maintain BP <130/<85; Total Cholesterol <200 6. Limit alcohol to no more than one drink daily (15) 7. Maintain a Body Mass Index less than 25. 9. Exercise Exercise encourages the brain to work at its’ optimum capacity. (16) Nerve cells multiply. The brain releases neurotrophic factors-Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) that benefits cognitive functions including learning. Exercise increases blood flow to the brain, improves development and survival of neurons, decreases the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as stroke, (17) and boosts mitochondrial function. High-intensity interval training is the most beneficial form of exercise. (18) 10. Lifetime Learning As we learn, the size and structure of our neurons and synapses change. Mind-training exercises keep the brain fit. Memory games, crossword puzzles, board games prevent atrophy and disuse. A famous 2014 study found that mild to moderate participation in ballroom dancing reduced the incidence of Alzheimer’s Disease vs. Non-Dancers by 50 %(19)
The Extra Bonus Topic Covered previously in the August 2017 issue of Healthy Beginnings Magazine we described the judicious use of our “Big 6” Herbal Nutraceutical Supplements : (20) 1. Ceylon Cinnamon; 500-1000 mg./d 2. Chromium picolinate; 200-800 mcg/d 3. Berberine; 400 mg/d 4. Alpha Lipoic Acid; 200-400 mcg/d 5. Vanadium; 50-200 mg/d 6. Gymnema Sylvestre; 10-50 mg.

Non-Dancers by 50 %(19)
The Extra Bonus Topic Covered previously in the August 2017 issue of Healthy Beginnings Magazine we described the judicious use of our “Big 6” Herbal Nutraceutical Supplements : (20) 1. 10 Steps for Healthy Brain Function in Reno
6. Maintain Adequate Methylation Methylation is the process of taking a single carbon and three hydrogens, known as a methyl group, and applying it to countless critical functions in the body such as: thinking, repairing DNA, turning on and off genes, fighting infections and getting rid of environmental toxins. Sorry for the long post, please bear with me. I interned at a utility company, Clean Energy, which buys electronic thermometers from the a vendor for $2000 each.During this time, I was also taking an Electronics course in college, where one project was to come up with a cheap lasersensor. So I did and bought the parts with my own money, for $300. At the same time, my supervisor asked if I could find a cheaper solution for a thermometer. I brought in my lasersensor to work to demo (and it counted for credit for my class, where I got an A! Yay me!)Immediately, he and his higher up manager said Clean Energy could pay to patent this. The prototype did its function, but it had not been field tested, though all it needed was to be put in a weatherproof box. At this point I believe a lot of companies can benefit from my idea and I want to own and sell this as my own. Please bear with me. I was then converted a fulltime employee to a different department, where I had to drop this project and did other tasks, such as filing paperwork. I met an engineer who created and gave 3 patents to Clean Energy, and for each patent, he recieved a certificate, $100, and 0 royalties.I see other utility companies putting my lasersensor to good use, there is demand, and it would be advantageous for me to sell this since I have a lot of student loans.I then had to undergo surgery for legimate health reasons, I found it difficult to get sicks days to recover since I had only been 1 month in as a fulltime, so I resigned.Okay, thanks for making it this far so let me address NDA concerns, I dont mind having a litigious conversation in court, if it even comes to that. I can make copies of my lasersensor and sell it back to Clean Energy at 50% of what theyre paying and still profit. All parts Ive used were paid for with my own money, and all the time i took to develop this was an in the classroom or at home, and not during the time I was scheduled. I feel that other entrepreneurs have left their company to pursue ideas much closer to what their company actually makes, and have been successful in keeping their design. This is a utility company that fixes huge power lines, and does not design small electronics but uses them.Right now I have three of these lasersensors is sitting on top of my desk. I believe its a good idea and the only way I would go about it is to produce my own and sell it. There are few like it in the market, they sell at $1500-$2000. Given a weekend, I can crank out 100 at $300 per unit cost. I dont mind selling them for $1000 each. Clean Energy needs 1,800 of these and other utility companies, not as advanced as Clean Energy I believe demands this too.Im thinking of filing provisional patent, making 10 of these, coldcall utility companies, maybe call Clean Energy, and see if I can get any orders. If you were in my situation what are your next steps?TL;DR: Creating thing for a class, demoed to company I was interning at, they usually dont make this thing but wanted to patent it, I want to keep my idea instead, I left company amicably for unrelated health reasons. What do I do next?

In The City Of Meatbot-Powered Killers (part 4) by molotok_c_518
Table of Contents.
Part 3.
I hit the dark web for a few minutes, burned a couple of Bitcoin for a block of stolen credit card numbers, and searched for what the hell just happened downtown.
While I took a couple of the platinum card accounts to activate some of my burner phones (their fraud support will save them some charges, and I'll still have some prepaid phones to work with), I digested what the Army and Air National Guard just did.
(*26 hours ago, in RQZ HQ...)
Col. {Jones}, HQ "Six" (HQ6): This is Six, go ahead, sir.
Adjutant General, New York National Guard (AGNY): This operation is strictly need-to-know now, Six. It has been designated "Top Secret: Compartmentalized" at the highest levels, and the code name attached is "Glass Chipmunk."
HQ6: What the... who comes up with this shit... uh, sir?
AGNY: Some spook at the NSA. More time on their hands than sense.
HQ6: Yes, sir.
(Side note: The reason top secret stuff gets odd code-names is because they are words you would not accidentally say in a normal conversation. Try to work "Glass Chipmunk" into a sentence without sounding like you're crazy. It *might** work with someone with a curio collection... sort of like Alpine Shepherd Boy... but otherwise, you will stand out.*)
AGNY: How is the perimeter?
HQ6: Solid, sir. Nothing is getting out of there. We've had a few... anomalies, but no breaches.
AGNY: "Anomalies?"
HQ6: Well... it appears that the mad scientists' little toys don't hole up well in non-humans. We've had some animals come to the wire and just melt. The larger ones, we need to put down... have you ever tried shooting a cat and her kittens? They melted, too.
AGNY: I'll arrange to get some more men rotated in. Things like that obliterate morale.
HQ6: Thank you, sir... but we need a longer-term solution to this. We've gotten lucky, so far, in that only a few infected have tried to hit us. Tracers work well, so we've taken to loading all of our SAWs with nothing else. If they hit us in anything larger than 3 or 4 at a time, we're gonna get overrun in a heartbeat and a half, and you'll have a lot more than a city's worth of these things to worry about.
AGNY: Roger that, Six. I gotta tell ya, Tom... I've never thought, not even once, that we'd be talking about bombing American citizens.
HQ6: Roger that, Six. Voting demographic will definitely shift.
AGNY: Are you suggesting...
HQ6: No, sir. Just a bit of gallows' humor. Whistling in the graveyard, as it were.
AGNY: How about our reluctant big-brain?
HQ6: Still no sign of him. We lost him during his move towards the campus. We think he's in the Advanced Research Labs facility on campus, but we're not sure enough to risk an extraction team in a hostile-heavy area of the city.
AGNY: We have a good set-up on the plaza. Give the green light for the Reaper to launch. You are covered.
HQ6: That's an order?
AGNY: Direct order, Tom. Take solace in the fact that it's an act of mercy for the poor bastards.
HQ6: Yes, sir.
Reaper drone pilot, designated RD-3: On station, awaiting instructions.
HQ6: What's your load, RD-3:
RD-3: I have 4 Hellfires, sir. I see the target, awaiting order.
HQ6: You've been briefed as to the situation?
RD-3: Yes, sir. Glass Chipmunk. (almost inaudible chuckle)
HQ6: Right. When you have the target locked, you are cleared to engage.
RD-3: Order received. Lightin' em up.
Video footage from RD-3
It's daytime, timestamp on the video is 1106. Wide shot of a square plaza surrounded by concrete and glass buildings, in a Brutalist architectural style.
In the plaza is a large, pulsating mass of bodies, covered in dirt, rags, dried "blood" (in reality, it's mostly meatbots at this point), sweat, and strips of dried flesh.
A fountain in the center has kept these people hydrated since the outbreak. It has allowed this... gathering... to continue unabated.
"Gathering" is too weak a word. It's like a Roman orgy crossed with Cannibal Holocaust or Green Inferno.
The weakest have either stayed at the fringes and devoured what scraps they can, knowing that they have no chance at survival in the main body, or threw themselves in early, were torn to shreds and eaten whole, in order to kill the all-consuming hunger driving them.
The strongest have formed a horrific symbiosis, tearing chunks off of each other, letting chunks get torn from them, then healing enough to repeat the process. The looks of pain when injured are almost indistinguishable from the looks of rapture when they devour a neighbor.
There is no "sex," per se. Hunger has replaced sexual desire. If anything, the erogenous zones seem to be the most targeted areas for consumption... and since they grow back, they get targeted a lot.
I don't want to look. I want to make a bad joke about oral sex and fix myself a bottle of rum. Better still, a keg.
I look anyway.
At 1113, a missile tears into a fuel truck abandoned at the east end of the plaza. The angle is perfect: flaming kerosene or diesel splashes over the crowd, and thick clouds of boiling black smoke quickly fill the space.
Some of the (un)lucky few who escaped the initial blast run away.
Most, either sensing a well-cooked meal or realizing this will end the agonizing hunger, dive into the center of the holocaust.
In one strike, the National Guard have eliminated about 3/4 of the population of [REDACTED].
I've been working frantically for the past day, trying to find a way to protect myself from possible infection. I can't think "if" anymore: those idiots out there will see me at some point and launch an extraction. I've seen enough horror movies to know how catastrophically it will fail, and how likely I will be to have highly-trained, inhibition-impaired, hungry, rapid-healing killers at my door.
Yes, I'm a pessimist.
I know now how we got to this point, and I have the entire sequence ciphered out. My meatbots were part of a power struggle within the group, and were weaponized purely by circumstance.
First, Dr. A. He got in to the GATACA compiler and dropped his little brain bomb in the code. Hidden in the "comments" in the DNA (we had plenty of space to put messages in the DNA, and did so frequently to explain why Sequence 8c, for example, was written to repair a long muscle in a certain manner, rather than another) was his excuse:
Dr. A: By the time you read this, you will no longer head this project. If I can strike quickly and "prove" that you bungled the neuro programming, I can capitalize and run this program as I see fit. Some people aren't worth saving. Others should be reprogrammed for the greater good.
Dr. B followed this up by checking out the endocrine codes and cranking hunger to 1000. His excuse:
Dr. B: Need more. We can fund this by selling the old versions on the black market, and keep the excess for ourselves.
Profiteering, meet societal re-engineering.
It might have gone almost unnoticed, except for player 3.
Late in the project, I had an assistant basically forced on me. Dr. C was also a computer scientist, come to us from government service. He said the right things, asked the right questions, and made himself indispensable.
What I didn't know until last night was, he was a military contractor on the side, and was looking for combat applications for the 'bots.
He knew what the other fuckwits had done, and instead of fixing it...
It was he who showed Bobby the "Jesus room" (he used a different name for each guard, knowing they would be impressed with what was within). He managed to get a copy of Steve's key card to the most pliable guards, then waited for the inevitable.
He got very lucky (or unlucky) that we had just begun to prep for primate trials when Bobby's wife died. He had the "perfect" weaponized version of my project, and its spread was the perfect test.
I know this because the dumb fucker emailed his superiors on a civilian email account.
The NSA grabbed him up rapidly after that. He's sitting in Guantanamo Bay, if there's any justice.
What I've learned in the past 48 hours is sickening.
When I was a kid, I read Frankenstein several times. Mary Shelley shares my birthday, so it's like we're soul mates separated by 200 years.
I always told myself, "Don't let hubris be your downfall. You're doing this for mankind. You're not playing God... you're doing God's work, if we really are created in His/Her image."
This has never been about doing it because we could. It's doing it because we need this... to save lives cut too short by disease or accident.
Do this now, decide later how it should be used. That was always the mission.
Now... now, I'm using my knowledge of chemistry to destroy my life's work. I know what to mix for the best explosives I can make given what I have on hand. The labs we've been working will be utterly annihilated.
There's no way this project gets out. They aren't ready.
They aren't worthy.
Before I do that, though, I am going to call several people and let them know what happened. I am going to tell the press why my malignant miracle is being denied to the world.
NOW I'm playing God.
I've already made several vials of my counter-bots and hid them on my person. They're untested, but better than the alternative.
I may have a way to sneak off-campus, and from there I have a possible way to get out of town. It's going to involve laying low after the powers-that-be order a full sweep and cleanup of the bot-ridden, which I fully expect in a week or so.
I did some very rough calculations. Fatty tissues have probably all been digested by now. Protein can be burned for energy, and some of it will be consumed by each repair and replication cycle. I figure that, in 3 or 4 more days, there won't be enough metabolic energy to drive a flea left in anyone with meatbots in their blood.
Before I do anything else, though... time for a smoke.
I head up to the roof, and take a deep breath... then step to the wall and puke as the foul reek of thousands of roasting bodies pours into my sinuses.
I won't be eating barbecue any time soon.
By some dark miracle, I puke right on a bot-ridden at the base of the building. He looks up, then begins licking the vomit off of himself.
Didn't need to see that.
I move away from the wall. I fumble a smoke from the pack, and light up with very shaky hands.
I also crack the seal on the cheap водка I found in a lab assistant's office and take a deep swig. I dislike the cheap stuff... it has this nasty chemical aftertaste.
All of this is distracting me from the little fucker I puked on, who is free-climbing the wall.
I catch the barest hint of movement out of the corner of my eye as he crests the retaining wall and leaps 20 feet across the roof to tackle me.
I drop the водка and spin quickly to meet him. I'm unarmed, because "Of course they can't get to me. I'm behind two locked doors!" and this is going to kill me...
...and it gets close enough for me to see that "he" is a "she," and she's emaciated and nothing but bone, skin and wiry muscle and hunger and fuck I'm going to have to punch a girl to save my life as I loop a right cross straight into her oncoming jaw, and she drops to the roof...
...and I grab my водка and run for the door as she scrambles to her feet and makes the sprint after me with frightening speed, and I stop and duck as she comes at my back and misses her grab and I stand up straight into her jaw and she staggers backwards...
...and I spin around and plant a solid left into her gut and she doubles over but she has a grip on my back and can't bite through my shirt but I stand up straight and she flips over my back to the ground at my heels...
...and I spin again and kick her in the head and she grabs her head and it gives me just enough time to get to the door and open it...
...but she's on her feet and after me and through the door just as I pull it shut and now I'm in the stairwell to the second floor with a crazed bot-ridden woman who lunges for me...
...so I throw her over the railing and she hangs on barely and I'm running down the stairs and to the second floor entryway and through the door...
...and she drops from the railing and down all the way to the first floor and I hear the CRACK-CRACK of both of her legs snapping on impact and she screams in agony but she's up on both broken legs and trying to limp up the stairs...
...and the door to the second floor closes on the stairwell.
I'm now trapped in the building with a for-now injured bot-ridden.
Oh... and my knuckles are bleeding.
I may be infested as well.

What I Learned from Sweet Spot Training
Training is soul crushing. I keep away from it like a hot-tub norovirus. Don’t get me mistaken, I like using bikes (mountain, gravel, and highway) and snowboarding (Nordic, backcountry, and alpine) and usually take into account myself a match man. But the few instances I’ve tried to truly prepare for biking, with all of the rigmarole of energy meters, inflexible scheduling, midweek intervals, and back-to-back five-hour weekend rides, I burned out on the drudgery by week 2 and shortly reverted to my established order: having enjoyable hammering with pals.
The drawback with selecting recreation over coaching, although, is that the physique adapts to routine stress (train) and shortly finds homeostasis. Your health flatlines. And when it’s time to compete in an occasion like a 50-mile summer season mountain bike race, fall gravel grinder, or perhaps a beery Saturday cyclocross jamboree with snow threatening, you received’t dwell as much as your potential. Riding ain’t racing.
To get quick, most coaches will inform you, 1 should embrace a periodized plan of polarization, that means a schedule (the periodized half) through which an athlete mixes high-volume work at low depth and high-intensity work at low quantity (polarization) to hit peak type on race day. A polarized week may contain 2 prolonged weekend rides at a gentle tempo, plus 2 to a few high-intensity midweek exercises. There’s no arguing that polarized coaching works—it’s a coaching staple for Tour de France cyclists. But even for leisure cyclists, it might probably fairly shortly suck up 16 to 20 hours in every week, which is why I’ve by no means been capable of decide to such a plan.
Luckily, although, there’s one other strategy to ramp up your health for an endurance occasion. It’s referred to as candy spot coaching, and it includes focusing your effort on reasonably laborious weekend using with only a sprint of threshold (race tempo) work and average efforts thrown in midweek. Which occur to be the issues that give me biking pleasure. If I might someway make that work in a periodized schedule, there was hope that I might get quicker with out boring myself right into a roadside ditch or kicking myself for my half-assed makes an attempt at intervals.
Sweet spot coaching dates again to 2004, when Frank Overton, of Boulder, Colorado–primarily based FasCat Coaching, was simply breaking into the enterprise. At the identical time, energy meters, which gauge how a lot work you’re doing on a motorbike way more precisely than a coronary heart fee monitor or perceived exertion, have been turning into extensively obtainable.
As an early check, Overton labored with famed train physiologist Andy Coggan to graph a couple of months of energy meter information from Overton and a dozen different athletes. The end result was a near-perfect bell curve that provided a tantalizing coaching secret: Focus the majority of your exercises in the course of the bell curve, and also you’ll maximize your effectivity on the bike and get well quicker than you do from high-intensity intervals. Coggan drew a circle on the graph: the candy spot.
Intrigued, Overton constructed himself a periodization schedule heavy on reasonably laborious using backed by attainable threshold intervals (these sustained efforts simply past the candy spot curve) and promptly earned his greatest placement ever on the 2005 Colorado State Time Trial Championships. “I produced the most power of my entire life,” he says. “I just smashed my A race.”
In the years since, Overton has included candy spot coaching into 1000’s of customized plans and web-based packages for professional and leisure athletes with comparable success. You nonetheless bake in the remainder days and restoration blocks of a periodized plan, however the exercise higher emulates what most workaday athletes do for enjoyable and with time commitments which can be attainable. So I got down to see if it might work for me, too.
Late final summer season, with no path, I began incorporating my very own interpretation of candy spot coaching into my journey schedule. For me that meant that on weekends, as a substitute of using for six hours with my coronary heart fee round 135, I went out and climbed for 3 hours with my coronary heart fee at 155. I did this for about 5 weeks; by September, I used to be using noticeably quicker.
This summer season, I made a decision to see what a proper plan might do for me and signed up for one among FasCat’s six-week, $50 web-based coaching packages. It would culminate with me racing the Firecracker 50 in Breckenridge, Colorado. I’d raced the Firecracker a couple of years earlier and completed with a decent time in my class, however I used to be certain I might enhance my end result with some structured coaching. FasCat’s description of the plan promised that I’d quickly be “sweet spotting up the wahzoo.”
(Liam Doran)
My six-week plan included eight to 12 hours every week of using—versus coaching—with 1 huge week the place I bumped as much as 16 hours. (I sometimes journey eight to 12 hours every week anyway.) The huge week concerned a masochistic six-hour mountain bike journey, plus some extra-credit spinning with my son, however the remainder of the plan was simply included into my regular journey schedule. To examine: An equal huge week on a polarized routine would require 16 to 20 hours of using.
Before we might discover my candy spot zone, which differs for everybody, Overton wanted some information. I used to be tasked with performing what’s referred to as a practical threshold energy (FTP) check, which is train jargon for going as laborious as you possibly can maintain for 20 minutes up a gentle climb.
Plugging that coronary heart fee data and the facility information from the meter on my bike right into a FasCat spreadsheet advised me what I already knew from years of using with a coronary heart fee monitor: My candy spot goal was between 148 and 164 bpm, 90 to 98 % of my FTP. During my first summer season of self-directed candy spot coaching, I’d guesstimated it at 155 bpm, which, as an growing older athlete, is precisely 90 % of my max coronary heart fee. My goal wattage was within the 193 to 226 vary, which is so tiny in comparison with larger, stronger skilled riders that I’m embarrassed to even kind it. Anyway, that was the final time in the course of the six-week program that I paid a whiff of consideration to my energy rankings.
Moderately laborious using is good spot using. The tempo is more durable than a straightforward tempo, a pace you might maintain for hours whereas chatting on and off, however not as laborious because the higher reaches of threshold, the place speaking is sort of inconceivable. At the candy spot, you’re audibly respiratory however not gasping. Your tolerance of struggling could differ, however on a perceived exertion scale of 1 to 10, I’d put my candy spot zone within the five-to-seven vary. (Hard-ass Overton says it’s from 4 to 6.) If you’re climbing with pals and going laborious however not making an attempt to assault, you’re most likely sweet-spotting. And the truth is, group rides are rife with candy spot efforts—particularly if you happen to transfer to the entrance and pull the peloton into the wind if the tempo feels too simple.
All of which is why FasCat’s six-week plan labored so properly for me: I simply included the prescribed efforts into my weekly rides. A typical candy spot week concerned 1 three-to-four-hour journey on the weekend, ultimately using within the candy spot half of the time. Then I did 3 90-minute rides midweek. One targeted on threshold work—basically race tempo. A 2nd outing would contain what are referred to as tempo bursts—cranking up the pace for 30 seconds whereas using in that chatty tempo zone. And a 3rd outing may require 20 to 40 minutes of candy spot efforts. Throw in an elective restoration journey, the place you’re merely spinning the pedals at an all-day tempo, and name it 9 to 10 hours all collectively. And sure, these periodized relaxation days are baked in. For the weekend journey, I simply rode with quicker pals to remain within the candy spot.
By week 3 of the candy spot program, the advantages have been kicking in, and I used to be using comfortably with quicker teams. Ten days earlier than the Firecracker, I entered a 17-mile mountain bike race at altitude and stunned myself by nabbing 3rd on the knowledgeable podium in my age group. A restoration block simply previous to the Firecracker had me feeling well-rested and superhuman on the weekly membership journey. And then got here the massive race.
Overton had promised that using on the candy spot provides you a 2nd benefit over polarization: Because it simulates racing, going reasonably laborious higher prepares your legs for the sustained effort of a protracted mountain bike race. When I raced the Firecracker 2 years prior, I let the lead group roll away from me as I discovered my snug tempo. But this 12 months, I had the legs to carry their wheels till we entered the singletrack. Looking round, I’d already improved my positioning by 5 locations over the earlier 12 months. Now I simply wanted to carry on and settle into the highest finish of my candy spot tempo.
And then, rocketing down a hearth highway strewn with talus, I exploded the air out of my rear tire and someway broke the valve stem. An epic flat-tire situation ensued, which ultimately noticed me pull out of the race. But I had one other check coming simply 5 weeks later: the Steamboat Stinger. The race is 53 miles lengthy (90 % of it on singletrack) with 7,000 toes of climbing. Despite the knowledgeable teaching, I’m probably not a lot of a racer. I screwed up the beginning and acquired behind a line of slower riders I couldn’t move. But even after shedding my mojo—I race higher when I’ve rabbits in sight and again off once I’m remoted—I took ten minutes off my 2015 time and completed feeling form of recent.
Meaning I went simpler however completed quicker—which is the last word testomony to a conditioning program.
Find Your Sweet Spot
Want to guesstimate your candy spot zone with out a energy meter? A devoted coronary heart fee monitor or perhaps a smartwatch with coronary heart fee on the wrist will do. First, discover a gradual climb with none dips within the highway to allow you to get well. Warm up as you’ll for a race, after which hit your timer and journey for 20 minutes at your most sustained effort. If you’re an extrinsically motivated slacker like I’m, ask a quicker good friend to tempo you, staying a couple of bike lengths in entrance so that you don’t cheat of their draft. Your common coronary heart fee after 20 minutes is your practical threshold. That’s the intense prime finish of your candy spot zone. Multiply it by 90 % to seek out the underside of the zone. After six weeks, retest your self to fine-tune.
Sweet Spot for Cyclocrossers
Since cyclocross races are comparatively brief, 90-minute efforts, many informal racers assume you don’t want to coach a lot for distance. Overton, who additionally focuses on cross, will dissuade you of that opinion. In summer season, his cross athletes candy spot prepare for six, 12, or 18 weeks earlier than he redirects them to shorter and extra intense efforts. “The trick,” Overton says, “is to leave time post–sweet spot training to allow for cross-specific intervals—usually that’s three to six weeks.”
Trick Yourself into Training
My “Six Weeks to the Sweet Spot” plan was tailor-made completely to the calls for of a largely solitary and extended effort like a 50-mile mountain bike race or a very long time trial, the place you’re actively avoiding redlining and making an attempt to not surge. But highway races, cyclocross, and sub-three-hour mountain bike races require extra top-end energy to chase down breakaways, get the outlet shot, or move on that last ramp earlier than the downhill. In such instances, including high-intensity interval coaching to prime off your candy spot type is a should. FasCat teaching will set you up with a plan. Can’t make your self do intervals solo? On your subsequent group journey, let your self drift off the again of the peloton after which chase again on. Do this six instances—or till you get spit out.
