I hate the notion that 13 would feel positive towards Missy any more than the Master she met. From her perspective, Missy betrayed her after giving her hope, and even if the version of Missy she'd meet hadn't done that yet, 13 still would be angry at her for it. Yes 13 is bubbely and full of love but she's also ruthless and terrible at sorting emotions and even worse at working with them
