You where minding your own business, just going on with your day when eddie ran up to you all exited and gidy like he usually is.

"Hey! Hey m/n" you heard eddie yell as he ran up behind you. You stopped and smiled at him. "Hey Eddie, you okay?

"Ya ya I'm greet, hey you wanna play d&d with me and the hellfire crew later. We can't find a damn cover." He said his voice lanced with excitement

Oh god you wanted to say yes so bad. You fucking loved d&d and never managed to have a chance to play with someone else.

You wanted to play with eddie so damb bad but what if you messed up? Would eddie get mad? What if you mess up and completely embarras yourself.

Your train of thought was suddenly broken when you felt eddie shake you. "Hey n/n you okay?" "Ya ya I'm okay eddie" you said, slightly nervous. Eddie looked at you concerned for a second before going back to what he was asking.

"So you wanna come?" You froze once again at the question. Fuck sake. You don't wanna say no but you can't say yes. You sigh. You give him a soft smile and blurt out an answer "Ya sure I'd love too" you mentally scolded yourself for that. Wtf why would you say yes?!?! You damn moron.

However you saw Eddie's eyes light up. He looked so damn exited. He smiled at you. "Got it n/n, see you at hell fire!!" He ran off waving to you. You smiled, but you where still mentally scolding yourself. 'Well there's no going back now' you thought

While you sat through your last period class you just couldn't stop worrying. You knew you'd mess something up and if you mess up it's gonna be a fucking disaster.

You could say that you learnt nothing in that class. You didn't even hear the bell when it rang you where that distracted. But now it was the end of the day and hell fire was on and you had to go.

Could you just run? Just run to your car and drive home? Make up a dumb excuse later? You where basically digging for reasons not to go at this point. But right as you where about to walk past the club room eddie called after you. Fuck.

You turned around and saw him, his usual happy self. "You ready to play some d&d m/n?" You gulped "Ya eddie" once again you saw the look of concern on Eddie's face. 'Shit, shit, shit'

He gave you a comforting smile and opened the door for you. There was no one there yet, which made you let out a breath of relief. Eddie went and plopped on his throne and you took a seat in one of the chairs.

"Ya nervous?" You jumped at the question "umm slightly, maybe ya" "Well there's nothing to be worried about, at the end of the day it's d&d, it might change your life but not for the worst." He said smiling ear to ear.

You smiled at him. You where still nervous as fuck to do this and you where still making up excuses to leave but as soon as you got close you having one you saw the others walking in all exited. Fucking great.

You could feel your heart beating out of your fucking chest. Dammit you where gonna fuck this up. You looked over to eddie who had a reassuring smile on his face as he leaned in.

"Don't worry about this n/n I won't put you through hell, this time" he winked and leaned back in his chair. You can't say that was really reassuring but it made you feal... slightly better. Its okay. You'll be fine. If you mess up it okay. It's just a game. Right?
