not to be a hater but if coldplay's tour had 10.3m attendance and made $1.14bn and eras tour had 10.1m attendance and made $2.077bn then is the outstanding achievement not in fact just higher ticket prices

#like OBVIOUSLY eras tour is an incredible achievement in many ways #but for it to be making So Much more money than the other biggest tour #despite similar attendance #then that's obviously because of ticket prices?#like based of the rough numbers that puts coldplay at $110 average ticket vs taylor at $205 average ticket #and i guess you could argue that coldplay may not have the ability to sell out a stadium at higher prices #but idk. like it's a great achievement for her but at the same time the record breaking is very much dependent on simply charging more #talking
