just saw a post being like “having long hair doesn’t make butches any less masculine” really preaching to the gender conforming choir here 🤨 i know a billion butches/mascs with long hair and i’m the only one i know with short hair i promise u gender conformity is not rare or new

#not reblogging that post to say that bc i don’t wanna just be contrary but i am. minorly annoyed #like bae nobody is saying butches can’t have long hair have u looked around???#i’m literally on my hands and knees daily begging my friends to get a short little haircut so i’m not the only one around #literally have complained about this before (not having anyone who looks like me around and how it can feel isolating)#and i got a ‘no there’s a ton of others that look like u!’ and i was like ‘okay and do any of them id as lesbians?’ and got silence #hell i don’t even think there’s any who id as women #anyways. 🤪#personal
